Additional Terms and Conditions of YAKINIKU LIKE Offers:
1. The promotion period is from 19 May 2025 to 2 July 2025, both dates inclusive. Customers can enjoy a HKD60 instant discount upon a single net spending of HKD280 or above with Eligible Credit Card(s) (“YAKINIKU LIKE Eligible Transaction”) at stores of YAKINIKU LIKE in Hong Kong (“Offer 6”). Offer 6 is only applicable for dine-in orders and walk-in takeaway orders, but not applicable to any orders made via third-party online platform(s).
2. To enjoy Offer 6 through dine-in or walk-in takeaway orders, customers are required to indicate to use Offer 6 and to present physical Eligible Credit Card(s) before checking out and settle the full payment with such physical card. Offer 6 are not applicable to dine-in and walk-in takeaway orders settled with Eligible Credit Card(s) registered to any kind of eWallet or third-party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Union Pay App, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK).
3. The YAKINIKU LIKE Eligible Transaction amount is calculated based on the single invoice in which the net spending amount at the original price before adding a 10 % service charge (if applicable) for dine-in.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from 14 March 2025 till 2 July 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The promotion period of Genki Sushi is from 14 March 2025 till 14 April 2025, both dates inclusive. The promotion period of sen-ryo is from 15 April 2025 to 22 May 2025, both dates inclusive. The promotion period of YAKINIKU LIKE is from 19 May 2025 till 2 July 2025, both dates inclusive. Offers are applicable to outlets in Hong Kong only.
2. This promotion is applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”), excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
3. Unless otherwise stated, during the promotion period, each customer can only enjoy each of the Offer(s) once in each Genki Eligible Transaction, sen-ryo Eligible Transaction and YAKINIKU LIKE Eligible Transaction (each as defined below). No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the Offers. Charges for takeaway food containers or takeaway cutleries (if applicable) shall not be applicable to the calculation of any of the eligible transaction amounts.
4. Offers are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis while the redemption quota lasts. Customers are advised to confirm with Genki, sen-ryo or YAKINIKU LIKE (if applicable) regarding the availability of the quota before spending.
5. Unless otherwise specified, all Offers (as defined below) are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other products/food, discounts, or cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (except for “enJoy Card Spending Promotion”) or discounts (include but not limited to Hang Seng enJoy Card 10% year-round discount offer), promotional items/dishes/menus, membership benefits/VIP cards/VIP bonus point programmes, vouchers, cash coupons, discount coupons (except for yuu Maxim’s voucher), Octopus Reward, bonus card promotion and 20% off staff discount.
6. The Eligible Credit Card(s) should remain valid and in good standing when conducting the transaction for redeeming the Offers during the Promotion Period, and is subject to the final acceptance by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) and Maxim’s Caterers Limited and Genki Sushi Hong Kong Limited (collectively “Merchant”) at their absolute discretion. In case of any disputes, the records of Hang Seng and Merchant are final and conclusive.
7. All products, services, and information related to the Offers are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Merchant, who are solely responsible for the obligations and liabilities relating to such products, services and information. The offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Offers and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and Merchant shall be final.
8. No person other than the customer, Merchant and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
11. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
General Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Credit Card and Hang Seng Affinity Card 2024 Year-round Discount Offers:
1. The offers are valid until 31 December 2024.
2. To enjoy the offers, customers are required to present Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card before ordering / upon making reservation / upon purchase, and to settle payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card and Spending Card.
3. Selected Credit Card offers are only applicable to Selected Hang Seng Credit Card customers. Selected Hang Seng Credit Card includes: Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card, Prestige World Mastercard®, World Mastercard, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Card (Platinum Mastercard and Gold Mastercard), The Racing Club Membership Card, Platinum Card, Prestige Banking Renminbi Platinum Card, Renminbi Platinum Card, Affinity Platinum Card, Affinity Platinum Spending Card, Commercial Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Business Card and any other Selected Hang Seng Credit Card issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”).
4. The offers are applicable to Hang Seng UnionPay Credit Card Customers only at outlets accepting UnionPay Credit Card for payment.
5. The offers are applicable to outlets in Hong Kong only (unless otherwise specified).
6. To enjoy the hotel accommodation or beauty/ health/ haircare/ car service offers, advance reservations are required. These offers are subject to the availability of the hotel room or relevant service. Customers are required to present their Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card upon hotel check-in or before enjoying the relevant offers.
7. The dining offers are not applicable to 10% service charge, charge for tea and condiments, takeaway services, set menu, regular-priced dishes/ special-priced items, private functions, banquets, private parties, catering services, tickets, ticket sales events and during happy hours (unless otherwise specified). Minimum consumption requirements of the respective merchants shall not include 10% service charge (unless otherwise specified). One dining offer can be used per table per patronage only.
8. The hotel accommodation offers are subject to 10% service charge (based on the original price), and are not applicable to function rooms, conference rooms and long-stay appointments (unless otherwise specified).
9. The dining and hotel accommodation offers are not applicable on public holidays and eves, festive days and eves, fireworks display nights, when tickets are required for entry to the relevant hotels/ restaurants and other dates as designated from time to time by the merchants (unless otherwise specified). Please check with the respective merchants for details.
10. The offers are applicable to regular-priced items/ services only and are not applicable to fixed-priced, special-priced, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/ services (unless otherwise specified).
11. The offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons, cake coupons or membership benefits/ VIP cards/ VIP bonus point programs of the merchants (unless otherwise specified).
12. Promotional/ redemption/ gift items are only available while stock lasts for selected offers. Each customer may enjoy such offer once only.

14. Offers are subject to availability and the offer details may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
15. Upon closure of the respective merchants, the relevant offers shall be terminated immediately.
