Remarks:
1. Customer cannoy enjoy Offer 1 and Offer 2 at the same time. If a customer is eligible for Offer 2, he/she will not be entitled to Offer 1.

“BEA GOAL Credit Card x SF Express Spending Rebate Programme” Terms and Conditions:
1. “BEA GOAL Credit Card x SF Express Spending Rebate Programme” (the “Programme”) is applicable to BEA GOAL Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card”) only. The BEA Corporate Card, other BEA Credit Cards and all supplementary cards are excluded.
2. The promotion period is valid from 10th November 2022 to 31st March 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of 5 Phases (based on transaction date):
- Phase 1: 10th November to 30th November, 2022;
- Phase 2: 1st December to 31st December, 2022;
- Phase 3: 1st January to 31st January, 2023;
- Phase 4: 1st February to 28th February, 2023;
- Phase 5: 1st March to 31st March 2023. A “phase” is defined as either Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4 or Phase 5.
3. During Promotion Period, cardholders of Eligible Credit Card are required to use Eligible Credit Card to make their Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) of HK$30 or above in order to enjoy relevant Spending Rebate (Details refer Table 1)
- HK$10 spending rebate upon eligible transaction of HK$30 or above at SF Express (maximum spending rebate for entire promotion period: HK$250 (HK$50 for each phase, in total 5 phases) (for cardholder of BEA GOAL Credit Card)
- HK$20 spending rebate upon eligible transaction of HK$30 or above at SF Express (maximum spending rebate for entire promotion period: HK$500 (HK$100 for each phase, in total 5 phases) (for customers who holds BEA GOAL Account & BEA GOAL Credit Card)
*Customer cannot enjoy Offer 1 with Offer 2 at the same time. If applicable customer is eligible to Offer 2, his/her would not enjoy Offer 1.
4. Offer 2 is only applicable to customers who:
a. Successfully open or currently hold a BEA GOAL account within Promotion Period; and
b. Fulfill Spending Requirement with Eligible Credit Card (Details refer Table 1).
5. Eligible transactions only included the retail transaction of SF Express delivery fee and / or other related fee in HKD directly (the “Eligible Transaction”) using Eligible Credit Card within Promotion Period. Eligible Transaction shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of The Bank of East Asia (the “BEA”) according to the records of SF Express. This Programme applies to final amount of the single net transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.

- SF Business Stations & SF Stores: Alipay HK, Wechat Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard Paypass
- SF Pick Up / Drop Off: Alipay HK, Wechat Pay
6. Ineligible transaction included but not limited to the retail transaction of SF Express delivery fee and / or other related fee through other merchants / online shops / group-buy merchants, reloading /transfer using digital wallets (including but not limited to WeChat Pay HK / Alipay HK) and pay SF Express delivery fee using stored value in digital wallets. BEA reserves the sole right to determine whether a cardholder is entitled to obtain a Spending Rebate for any transaction amount in the event that the cardholder’s BEA Credit Card account balance exceeds the original specified credit limit.
7. Spending Rebates earned with Eligible Transactions will be credited to Eligible Credit Card in June 2023 and display on its statement.
8. Only cardholders whose Eligible Credit Card accounts and BEA GOAL account (if applicable) are valid are eligible to obtain the Spending Rebates. Spending Rebates for a cancelled account will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded or transferred.
9. Un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found fraudulent or eventually cancelled/refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions.
10. If a transaction is proven to be ineligible, BEA shall be entitled to charge an amount equal to the value of the related Spending Rebate to the cardholder’s account.
11. No person other than the cardholder or BEA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
12. BEA reserves the sole right to vary or cancel this programme and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA shall be final and conclusive.
13. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
