Activity Rules:
1. Promotion Period: 20th January 2023 to 30th June 2023, both dates inclusive (refers to “Promotion Period”)

Eligible UnionPay Cardholders are entitled to redeem a welcome gift (HK$50 Retail Shopping e-Coupon) upon single net spending of HK$800 or more at designated merchants (L2 – L5) and become The Point Members at Landmark North along with designated Landmark North u•plan Electronic Coupon (refers to “reward”) . 3. The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Card (refers to “UnionPay Card”) with card number starting with 62. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
4. If Cardholders successfully register as a The Point member, they can get 500 welcome points.
5. Each Cardholder is entitled to redeem the reward once at the mall each day.
6. Each eligible receipt can only be redeemed for reward once..
7. The number of reward available for redemption is limited in 10,000nos. Daily quota applied and on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
8. The Retail Shopping e-Coupons are applicable to designated merchants of Landmark North. It is also subject to terms and conditions. For details, please contact the staff of the Customer Care Centre.
9. Cardholders must visit the Redemption Centre on the 2nd floor of Landmark North from 11am to 8 pm on the same day of the transaction to present the designated Landmark North u•plan Electronic Coupon, the original merchant machine-printed invoice for the eligible transaction, the original UnionPay card transaction receipt, and the transaction receipt UnionPay cards with the same UnionPay card number on the above card can only be redeemed for rewards after the staff has verified that they are correct. The cardholder must redeem it in person, and the staff has the right to request the cardholder to present identification documents for verification.
10. Members redeeming the reward(s) must be the same person who made the transaction. Mall staff reserves the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
11. Spending and redemption must be made with the same UnionPay card. Each transaction receipt or machine-printed invoice can only be used once and cannot be reused in other promotional activities (except The Point points registration, designated mall redemption programs and free parking privileges).
12. Eligible amount is calculated in terms of eligible UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass account or UnionPay QR Code account (based on the UnionPay Card card number or designated account number) and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons, gift certificates, cash coupons, Point Dollar or SHKP Malls Gift Card). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same cardholder will be calculated separately.
13. All transactions made via e-Wallet (including AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK) and other designated payment means as decided by UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls will not be accepted.
14. Split transactions will not be accepted. Transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple machine-printed merchant sales invoices or sales slips with same or different UnionPay Card(s), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass Account(s) or UnionPay QR Code Account(s) to participate in this Promotion.
15. For installment payment, the full amount listed on machine-printed merchant sales invoice will be eligible. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in any other promotional activities (except The Point bonus points registration). Remaining balance can be used to participate in the Promotion only if the deposit has not been used for participation in any promotional activities before (except The Point bonus points registration). Presentation of the original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and sales slip of the deposit are required during Reward redemption for verification.
16. Only the original merchant machine-printed invoices and original sales receipts issued by merchants in Landmark North to cardholders are accepted. The original merchant’s machine-printed invoice must clearly state the merchant’s name, transaction date, transaction amount, and spending items, while the original transaction receipt must clearly state the UnionPay card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization number and The cardholder’s signature (if applicable), if the UnionPay card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and other information are not available at the time of redemption, the original valid merchant machine-printed invoice, the original cardholder’s transaction receipt and/ or a valid designated UnionPay card, or incomplete information provided by the cardholder, for any reason, the cardholder will not be able to redeem the gift. All sales receipts and merchant machine-printed invoices that are damaged, expired, and fail to clearly show the transaction date, time, amount, currency, or any number in the card number are invalid.

Receipts for using designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers) and the following are not eligible to register for redemption: Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property agencies; fitness and beauty centers; elderly homes; medical and dental/clinic services; carwash, car care services, automotive products and related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact SHKP Malls); tenants in office buildings; hotels; banking services; insurance premiums; money exchange shops; tuition/membership/any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; purchase of tickets, such as mall events or concert tickets, admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, Point Dollar, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates; SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates; gift cards; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
18. When redeeming reward(s), the staff has the right to copy the cardholder’s original merchant’s machine-printed invoice and register the cardholder’s name and part of the UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits or the last 4 digits), the merchant’s machine-printed invoice and the information on the sales receipt for record purposes. The personal information collected is limited to this activity. By providing the above information for registration, the cardholder agrees to be collected and understands the purpose of the collected information. The personal data will be destroyed after the promotion. Provision of the above information by cardholders represents that cardholders agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.
19. All original machine-printed invoices of merchants used for redemption of rewards will be stamped by the staff of the customer care centre after confirmation to show that they have successfully redeemed. Cardholders cannot use the stamped machine-printed invoices to request merchants refund. Any spending balance that exceeds the spending requirement is not eligible for other offers.
20. The Point members are eligible to earn basic bonus points with the sales slips and machine-printed merchant sales invoices used for Reward redemption.
21. Once the reward is redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged, transferred, returned, or exchanged for cash, gift, service or change under any circumstances.
22. The reward will be credited to Member’s The Point account in the form of HK$50 Landmark North Retail Shopping e-Coupon immediately after redemption. The expiry date of the e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the redemption date. Members can refer to the “My Rewards” in The Point App,
23. If the cardholders redeem the gift, it means that the cardholders accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of the event.
24. Employees of Sun Hung Kai Properties, Landmark North and Landmark North merchants are not allowed to participate in the redemption activities, to show fairness.
25. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendor nor service provider, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.
26. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Landmark North will immediately cancel the cardholder’s redemption qualification and reserve the right to pursue it. Landmark North reserves the right to withdraw the relevant rewards due to the disqualification of the cardholder.
27. UnionPay International, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Landmark North reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
28. In case of dispute, the decision of Sun Hung Kai Properties and Landmark North shall be final.
29. Should there be any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of terms and conditions, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
