1. The promotion period is from 10 July to 30 September 2023 (both dates inclusive).
2. ITALIAN TOMATO Mooncake Gift Voucher purchase period is from 10 July to 16 September 2023, and its Mooncake Gift Box purchase period is from 11 August to 30 September 2023.
3. Eligible AEON Card includes the credit cards and co-brand credit cards (“AEON Card”) issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd (“AEON”) (“Eligible Card”).
4. Within the below designated periods, cardholders can enjoy below exclusive offers (“The Offer”) with Eligible Card:
a. During the period from 10 July to 9 September 2023 (both dates inclusive), Eligible Card Cardholders are entitled to purchase Deluxe Trio Mooncake Gift Box / Voucher at HK$198 and Lava Custard Mooncake Gift Box / Voucher at HK$188 (hereinafter collectively “Voucher”). b. During the period from 10 September to 30 September 2023 (both dates inclusive), Eligible Card Cardholders are entitled to purchase Deluxe Trio Mooncake Gift Box / Voucher at HK208, and Lava Custard Mooncake Gift Box / Voucher at HK$198 (hereinafter collectively “Gift Box”). 5. Eligible Card Cardholders must settle the full payment of the Voucher and/or Gift Box with Eligible Card in order to enjoy The Offer.
6. Eligible Card Cardholders are required to redeem the Voucher during the redemption period stated on the relevant voucher, or the such voucher shall be forfeited and all amount paid cannot be refunded.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with TOMATO CLUB VIP membership 10% discount, coupons, and other promotion offers.
8. All products and vouchers are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

10. Eligible Card Cardholders must maintain valid Eligible Card in good status in order to enjoy The Offer.
11. AEON has the right to forfeit The Offer of Eligible Card Cardholders in any of the following situations: a) the accounts of Eligible Cards are delinquent; b) the accounts of Eligible Cards are terminated; or c) Cardholders are engaged in deceptive behavior relating to the Offer and/or the purchase of Voucher and/or Gift Box.
12. AEON is not the supplier of the products/services/information and will not be responsible for the quality of products/services/information provided by the ITALIAN TOMATO whatsoever.
13. AEON and ITALIAN TOMATO reserve all the right to amend any terms and conditions of The Offer from time to time without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, the decision of AEON and ITALIAN TOMATO shall be final.
15. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of any terms and conditions of The Offer, the English version shall prevail.
