1. The Promotion is applicable to all UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with card number starting with 62 (refers to“UnionPay Card”) and UnionPay mobile QuickPass, referring to contactless transactions by UnionPay QuickPass Card (IC card with contactless payment function) or mobile payment, except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
2. The Offer is given away immediately upon eligible transaction. No accumulation nor replacement is allowed.
3. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other non-UnionPay promotional offers.
4. Each Eligible Cardholder can enjoy the Offer once per day during the Promotion Period.
5. The Offer is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. The Offer applies to single Eligible Transaction on one single sales slip. Split transactions are not eligible in the Promotion.
7. In case of any cancelled or refunded transactions, the Offer will be cancelled together with those transactions.
8. The Promotion is applicable to all Beauty&You Stores at Hong Kong International Airport.
9. Shilla Travel Retail HK Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
10. In case of dispute with cardholders, the decision of Shilla Travel Retail HK Limited shall be final and conclusive. Please ask store staff for details.
Exception Clause:
1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.

4. 1. "Beauty & You by The Shilla Duty Free & Macau Airport Shilla Duty Free Shopping Privilege"(the "Promotion") is only applicable to the cardholders ("The Cardholders") holding credit card(s) issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong, and other credit cards as designated by the Bank from time to time, both principal and supplementary cards inclusive("Eligible Credit Card"). Eligible Credit Card will be counted by credit card number.
2. The promotional period is from 15 September 2024 to 28 February 2025, both days inclusive("Promotional Period").
3. In order to enjoy the privilege, the Cardholder must conduct transactions with the Eligible Credit Card at Beauty & You by The Shilla Duty Free in Hong Kong & Macau Airport Shilla Duty Free in Macau (the "Merchants") .
4. During the Promotional Period, Cardholders of the credit cards issued by Bank of Communications(Hong Kong) Limited are entitled to 5% credit rebate by spending HKD1,500 or above or equivalent amount of other currencies in a single transaction with the Eligible Credit Card at the Merchants. “Eligible Transaction” of a Supplementary Card will be combined with the Principal Credit Card account. The amount of credit rebate is calculated on an account basis. Principal card and its related supplementary card are regarded as one credit card account. The Cardholder’s principal card and its related supplementary card(s) shall be regarded as one credit card account for the purposes of the Promotion. The same credit card account is entitled to a maximum of HKD200 credit rebate per each spending phase throughout the Promotional Period. The credit rebate rewards under the Promotion will be credited to principal card account by the followings phases:
Phase 1:
- Transaction Date: From 15 September 2024 to 30 November 2024 (both dates inclusive
- Reward Date: On or before 28 February2025
Phase 2:
- Transaction Date: From 1 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive)
- Reward Date: On or before 31 May 2025
The Bank reserves the right to change the date of issuance of the spending rebate at any time without further notice. All spending rebate will be calculated in the nearest single digit (calculated by rounding, less than HKD1 will not be awarded). Credit rebate awarded can only be used for the future credit card retail spending purpose. If a cardholder has more than 1 Eligible Credit Card(based on the Credit Card number), each Eligible Credit Card is eligible to join the program.
5. Whether a transaction is eligible for the 5% credit rebate will be determined according to the transaction date records of the Bank. The credit card account must be valid, non-delinquent and in good financial standing when the credit rebate is credited into it. Any fraud or abuse, false, unauthorized, cancelled, refunded, un-posted transactions will not be applicable to the Promotion. The Bank will verify the credit card transaction records via computer system to confirm Cardholders’ eligibility for the Promotion. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales receipt(s)and credit card sales slip(s) for verification purposes. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to submit the relevant original sale receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned. All transactions are determined according to the transaction data record of the Bank. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's computer record and details recorded on the credit card sales slip(s), the Bank's computer record shall prevail.
6. “Eligible Transactions” refer to the retail purchases made with the Eligible Credit Card and/or via Apple Pay at the Merchants during the Promotional Period, but exclude the following transactions: local/overseas cash advance and related administrative and handling fee, top up amount of Octopus add value/automatic add value service, electronic wallet transactions including but not limited to UnionPay APP/UnionPay QR Code Payment Services, WeChat Pay, PayMe and Alipay, monthly payment for Cash Instalment Plan, monthly payment for Purchase Instalment Plan and monthly payment for Merchant Instalment Plan, split transactions, eventually cancelled, returned, fraudulent or unposted transactions and any other types of transactions designated by the Bank and the Merchants from time to time. The Bank has no obligation to clarify whether a transaction is considered Eligible Transactions.
7. If the Cardholders have cancelled any related transactions which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after promotional period, the Bank reserves the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of the reward from the eligible Credit Card Account without prior notices.
8. Eligible spending transaction during the Promotional Period must be posted before the credit rebate credited into the designated credit card account. Other unposted transaction(including but not limited to dispute transaction, reversal transaction or delayed post by the Participating Retailers)is not applicable to this Promotion and shall be regarded as non-eligible spending transaction.
9. The Bank and the Merchants reserve the rights to amend any terms and conditions, change or terminate the offers without prior notice. The Bank and the Merchants accept no liability for any changes or termination of the offers.
10. All promotional offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products or offers.
11. Cardholder understands and accepts that all photographs, details, availability and description of all products or services or free gifts are not provided by the Bank and are for reference only. The Bank has no responsibility whatsoever (including but without limitation their quality and supply) under any circumstances.
12. In case of disputes, the Bank and the Merchants reserve the rights for final decision.
13. No person other than the Cardholders and the Bank will have any rights under the Contracts(Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term under these Terms and Conditions.
14. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
15. The Bank will only provides the digital version of the promotion terms and conditions, please download and save the relevant information for future reference if needed. Please be reminded that you may not be able to review or download the relevant information after the promotion period. Year Round Merchant Offers Terms and Conditions
1. This merchant offers program is only applicable to customers (each a “Cardholder”) holding credit card(s) issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) and other credit cards as designated by the Bank from time to time (“Eligible Credit Card”), both principal and supplementary cards inclusive, but it is not applicable to the Bank of Communications Pacific Internet card and gift card.
2. In order to enjoy The Offers, Cardholder must indicate to settle payment by Eligible Credit Card prior to purchase / placement of order / reservation / settlement of payment and thereafter settle payment by Eligible Credit Card.
3. Advance booking is required for specific offers, including but not limited to beauty treatment, health check, dining and accommodation offers.
4. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, coupons, discount, special-priced items, fixed price items, member-priced items, whole sale priced items, VIP offers, birthday offers or any other forms of offers unless otherwise specified.
5. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable unless otherwise specified.
6. All offers, products, awards and gifts are available while stocks last. Only one free gift is allowed for each invoice.
7. Discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless otherwise specified.
8. Dining offers are for dine-in only and not applicable to service charges unless otherwise specified.
