Terms and Conditions of Alchemy Origin (Taikoo Place) Free Coffee Upgrade Promotion (“Promotion”):
1. Promotion period is from 1 February 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is applicable to principal and supplementary cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) of CNCBI Credit Cards issued by China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Cards”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers who purchase any regular-sized coffee with the Eligible Credit Cards at Alchemy TP Limited (the “Merchant”) situated at Shop A, G/F, Two Taikoo Place, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, can enjoy free upgrade offer to large-sized coffee or iced coffee (“Offer”).
4. The Offer is only applicable to in-store purchase at designated stores and will be applied to regular-sized coffee of original price only. The Offer is not applicable to gift card, phone order and other third-party delivery services.
5. The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Each Cardmember can only enjoy the Offer once per day only. If the Cardmember enjoys the Offer more than one time on the same day, the Bank will debit the equivalent value of the Offer from the Cardmember’s Eligible Credit Card account without prior notice. The Eligible Credit Card should remain valid and in good standing when conducting the transaction for redeeming the Offer during the Promotion Period, and is subject to the final acceptance by the Bank and the Merchant. In case of any dispute, the records of the Bank and the Merchant are final and conclusive.
7. The use of the Eligible Credit Card is subject to the relevant credit cardmember agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details, please refer to the Bank’s website.
8. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
9. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by the Merchant. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the Merchant. Any enquiry, claim or complaint should be directed to the Merchant.
10. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
12. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, the English version shall prevail.
