1. Checking Before Calling (HK) Limited T/A Yakiniku Luigi reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in case of any dispute.
General Terms and Conditions for Shanghai Commercial Bank St. Joseph’s College Old Boys’ Association World Credit Card Exclusive Merchant Offer (the “Offer”)
1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is valid from now until 31 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Offer is only applicable to the principle cardholders (the “Cardholders”) of the St. Joseph’s College Old Boys’ Association World Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card”) issued by Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the “Bank”).
3. To be eligible for the Offer, Cardholders must present and/ or indicate the use of the Eligible Credit Card prior to the reservation/order/purchase and settle payment with the Eligible Credit Card.
4. Unless otherwise specified, dining offers are applicable for dine-in only and not applicable to takeaway food items, 10% service charge, and tea and condiment charges.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, membership benefits, cash coupons, vouchers, fixed price items, special priced items and promotional items, etc. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable. 6. All photos, information and pricing of the products and services are for reference only.
7. Upon closure of respective merchants, the Offer will be terminated without prior notice to Cardholders.
8. The Offer is subject to availability and the relevant terms and conditions of the respective merchants. For details, please refer to the Bank’s website or contact the respective merchants.
9. The Bank is not the provider of the products and services. The provider of the related products and services shall be solely responsible for any legal liability of the products’ quality and services, to which the Bank shall have no legal liability whatsoever.
10. The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the right to change or terminate the Offer and/ or revise the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and participating merchants shall be final.
11. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
General Terms and Conditions of Shanghai Commercial Bank Credit Card “Year Round Merchant Offers Program”
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period (the “Promotion Period”) of Year Round Merchant Offers Program (the “Program”) is valid until 31 December 2024.
2. The Program is only applicable to the principal and supplementary card cardholders of the credit cards/co-branded credit cards/business credit cards (except RMB credit cards) (the “Designated Credit Cards”) issued by Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the "Bank").
3. Offers are applicable to UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Credit Card cardholders at outlets accepting this card for payment; please check with respective merchants for details.
4. To be eligible for the offers under the Program, cardholders must present the Designated Credit Cards prior to the purchase/order/reservation and settle payment with the Designated Credit Cards (if applicable).
5. All dining offers are applicable to dine-in only and are not applicable to 10% service charge, tea and condiment charges (unless otherwise specified).
6. 1. Enjoy up to 30% savings at participating restaurants for the Special Dining Offer, and enjoy up to 25% savings at participating restaurants for the Year-round Dining Offer (the “Dining Offer”). The Special Dining Offer is valid from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Year-round Dining Offer is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) reserves the right to change the dates of the Promotion Period without prior notice to comply with applicable laws and regulations imposed by the Hong Kong SAR Government. The Dining Offer is applicable to dine-in only. Excludes transactions made through third-party establishment (including, but not limited to, third party delivery or take away services) or third-party payment processor.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Dining Offer is not applicable on public holidays and is subject to blackout dates (including but not limited to Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice and eve, the weekend before Winter Solstice, Christmas holidays and the day before Christmas Day, New Year's Eve). To enjoy the Dining Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with an eligible Basic or Supplementary American Express® Card issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) at the participating restaurants (“Restaurants”) within the Promotion Period.

6. Dining Offer is not applicable to special promotion menu, tailor-made menu, private functions, wedding banquets, beverages, hampers, corkage fee, cake charges, purchase of cigarettes, cigars, coupons or vouchers.
7. The maximum number of diners (including the Eligible Cardmember) varies by restaurants. The maximum number of persons allowed to be seated together at one (1) table and the opening hours for dine-in are subject to regulations imposed by the Hong Kong SAR Government during the Promotion Period. The Restaurants may be closed during the Promotion Period and Eligible Cardmembers are advised to check with the individual restaurant before arrival.
8. Unless otherwise specified, beverages and condiments charges (if any) and the10% service charge applies and will be calculated based on the original price of the item.
9. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business.
10. Unless otherwise specified, Dining Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and/or promotions.
11. Dining Offer cannot be used to redeemed for cash, or sold or exchanged for any other products or service.
12. Restaurants are solely responsible for the provision of all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. Photos are for reference only. American Express and DiningCity are not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and make no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
13. American Express acts solely as a payment provider. American Express and DiningCity are not responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of using the Dining Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. American Express, DiningCity and/or Restaurants reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to suspend or terminate the Dining Offer, at any time at their discretion without prior notice.
15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express and Restaurants shall be final and no correspondences will be entertained.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
