4. Unless otherwise specified, The Offer is not applicable to service charge nor to any charge for tea and condiments.
5. Advance reservation is required at least 5 days and up to 30 days in advance. Please contact Citi Prestige Concierge for reservations to enjoy The Offer.
6. Eligible Cardholders must present and settle payment, including deposit (if any) with Eligible Card to enjoy The Offer.
7. For cancellation of – or any amendment to – the reservation, notification is required. Please contact Citi Prestige Concierge at least 5 days prior to the booking.

10. Offers are valid for dine-in consumption only.
11. Offers can only be enjoyed once at each table each time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional menu, offer or discount. Table and/or bill splitting is not allowed.
12. Offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
13. Participating restaurants reserve the right to change menu items due to seasonality and availability of ingredients without advance notice.
14. Citibank and ZS Hospitality Group reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion, and any of its terms and conditions, without prior notice.
15. In case of any disputes, the decision of Citibank and ZS Hospitality Group shall be final.
16. Citibank is not the supplier nor service provider of the products/services/auxiliary services provided and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. ZS Hospitality Group is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services provided by ZS Hospitality Group.
17. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions of the offer, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard® Celebrating Flavours with Standard Chartered (the “Promotion”)
1. The promotion period of the Promotion is valid from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) with four (4) phases (the “Promotion Period”):

2. 8. Unless otherwise specified,the Dining Offeris not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments, pre-meal snacks and 10% service charge.
9. Cardholders are required to show their Eligible Cards to the Participating Restaurant’s staff before ordering the dishes and to settle the paymentin full with their EligibleCards. For details, please enquire with the Participating Restaurant’s staff.
10. Unless otherwise specified, the Dining Offer is not valid on designated festive days, designated public holidays and/or black-out days as designated by the Participating Restaurants. Please contact relevant Participating Restaurant for details.
11. The Promotion, gifts or discount coupons are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last (if applicable). Any change of the Promotion will be subject to the availability at the time of patronage.

15. 18. In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original transaction document(s), sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) (if applicable) for further investigation by the Bank.
19. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of Year-round Offers 2024 (the "Promotion"):
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").

Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders ("Cardholders") are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including Standard Chartered credit card and its co-branded card, MANHATTAN credit card and its co-branded card, and/or Standard Chartered Multi-Currency Mastercard Debit Card, if applicable ("Eligible Cards").

By participating in any of the Interest-free Instalment Program, Cardholders are deemed to have accepted and bound by the Terms and Conditions of "Credit Card Instalment Program Cardholder Agreement / Credit Card Instalment Plan" as may be posted on the Bank's website at https://av.sc.com/hk/content/docs/hk-tnc-credit-card-instalment-plan-en.pdf from time to time.
