Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in clause 2) are provided with paid access to and usage of the Club Lounge (including food and beverage offerings) located on 116/F at 1 Austin Road West, Hong Kong (“The Club”) during the Benefit Program Period (as defined below) ("Benefit").
2. During the Benefit Program Period, Eligible Cardmembers must setle the full payment for the paid access with Centurion® Card or The Platinum Card® issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card") to enjoy the Benefit. The Benefit is eligible for both Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Eligible Card (“Eligible Cardmembers”).
3. This Benefit is valid from April 17, 2024 to April 16, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Benefit Program Period").
4. Blackout dates apply. Benefit is not valid on April 30, May 1, June 8-10 & 29-31, July 1, September 30, October 1, December 23-31, 2024 and January 1-2 & 29-31, February 1-2 2025.
5. The Benefit is not applicable on all Fireworks Display Nights organized by the HKSAR Government.
6. Eligible Cardmembers may use The Club from either the morning session (7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or afternoon session (3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), with maximum six (6) quotas per session. Within each session, they may use The Club for any consecutive three (3) hours, starting from the time they enter The Club. The latest booking time for morning session and afternoon session is 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. respectively. Food and beverage offerings at The Club are available as below:
- BREAKFAST: 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- BREAKFAST (Sat, Sun and Public Holiday): 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- LIGHT LUNCH: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- AFTERNOON TEA: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- HORS D'OEUVRES: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- DESSERTS & CORDIALS: 8:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Food and beverage offerings will rotate in The Club and will change periodically without advance notice.
7. Eligible Cardmembers may only hold maximum two (2) time slots at any given time. Reservations are available two (2) months ahead of the booking date.
8. Eligible Cardmembers are allowed to book both morning and afternoon sessions and consecutive sessions on the same day while charges apply to each session separately.
9. To enjoy the Benefit, Eligible Cardmembers must make bookings via The Ritz-Carlton Club Concierge at +852 2263 2026 between 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance prior to the date of visit, subject to availability.
10. At the time of reservation, Eligible Cardmembers must provide their Eligible Card number to the Club Concierge. In case of “no-shows”, a penalty fee of HK$550(for bookings made using The Centurion Card) or HK$680 (for bookings made using The Platinum Card) will be applied without further advance notice to Eligible Cardmembers.
11. Eligible Cardmembers have the option to cancel their reservation up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the booking date and time. Any cancellation with less than twenty-four (24) hours, a penalty fee of HK$550 (for bookings made using Centurion Card) or HK$680 (for booking made using The Platinum Card) will be applied without further advance notice to Eligible Cardmembers.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, the booking for the companion guest(s) will be cancelled automatically upon the cancellation of Eligible Cardmembers’ booking.
13. A total of twelve (12) paid quotas is available for access to and usage of The Club by the Eligible Cardmembers per day, which is subject to availability. The allocation of the daily quota and the time slot is on a first-come-first-served basis, which is assigned by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
14. Each Eligible Cardmember may bring a maximum of three (3) companion guests per visit, and the presence of the Eligible Cardmember is required in order for his/her guests to enjoy The Club facilities. The charges of booking period are as below:
Centurion Members:
HK$550 per person per time slot
The Platinum Card Members:
HK$680 per person per time slot
Additional charge of Private room facilities as below:
Pool Room/Meeting Room at HKD$1,320 per hour
The Library Room at HKD$1,210 per hour.
15. Children aged 9 or below are welcome to access The Club until 8pm each evening. No children will be admitted to The Club after 8pm.
16. Guests visiting The Club are required to follow a smart casual dress code.
17. Eligible Cards must be used for settling any payment arising from the Benefit and to secure the booking as guarantee.
18. Upon arrival at The Club, Eligible Card must present to the staff of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong for product verification and payment settlement before the access and usage of the Club Facilities.
19. All food and beverage provided at The Club are intended for consumption within the premises only. Outside / takeaway of food and beverage are not permitted.
20. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business. Staff person reserves the right to request identification at any time when serving or selling alcoholic beverages.
21. The Benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
22. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong reserves the right to decline any Eligible Cardmembers or their companion guest's entry for public health and safety reason.
23. The access to and/or usage of the Benefit by Eligible Cardmembers and their companion guest(s) are subject to the discretion of American Express and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
24. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations, and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
25. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Benefits, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
26. In case of any enquiry related to the Benefit, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our customer service hotline at 2277 1010.
27. American Express and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate this Benefit at any time without prior notice.
28. In the event of any dispute arising from the Benefit, the decision of American Express and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong shall be final, conclusive and binding.
29. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
