Terms and Conditions of the Discount Offers for Concession Items:
1. Please contact YATA staff for offer details.
2. The payment must be settled by YATA Credit Card in order to enjoy the discount offer. Please present your YATA Credit Card to those participating merchants which do not accept credit card payment.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the above selected concession merchants offer long-lasting discount offers to YATA Credit Cardholders.
4. Sales discounts will be offered from time to time according to the sales volume of individual brands in the market, and the discount offer is not applicable to the above new items.
5. The above offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and special promotion.
6. YATA Limited and Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right of making final decision on the usage of the above offers.
General Terms and Conditions of Year Round Merchant Offers:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the above-mentioned Year-round Merchant Offers (“Merchant Offer”) is valid until 31 December 2020.
2. To be entitled to the Merchant Offer, cardholder is required to perform reservation or ordering via the designated webpages, enter the relevant promotion code (if applicable), and settle the full payment by Fubon Credit Card.
3. Any and all products, services and benefits offered under the Merchant Offer are provided on a first-come-first-served basis, and subject to availability of the relevant products, services and benefits.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Merchant Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, services or benefits.
5. Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
6. The Bank and the relevant merchants reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the above Merchant Offer and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant merchants shall be final and conclusive.
Remarks: Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
