American Express x Leading Nation Dining Offer Terms and Conditions:
1. The “American Express x Leading Nation Dining Offer” is only applicable for Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card®, American Express® Platinum Credit Card or American Express Explorer® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”).
2. Promotion Period is from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who settle the full payment with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy the offers below (“Offer") at Cardinal Point, Elephant Grounds, Mashi no Mashi, Morty’s Delicatessen, The Hawk & Aster, Alfred’s Online Shop (“Participating Merchants") under Leading Nation:
a. Offer 1: Priority reservation and a complimentary bar snack for table of four or more at Cardinal Point;
b. Offer 2: Complimentary upgrade to a large size with any coffee order at Elephant Grounds;
c. Offer 3: A complimentary glass of Highball or Draft Beer with order of signature ramens and/or donburis per guest at Mashi no Mashi, Hong Kong;
d. Offer 4: One (1) set (3 pieces) of complimentary Wagyu Gyozas per guest and one complimentary glass of Highball or Draft Beer with order of signature ramens and/or donburis per guest at Mashi no Mashi, Singapore;

4. The priority reservation for Offer 1 is valid only from Wednesday to Saturday and excludes blackout dates or buyouts.
5. Offer 1 to 6 are applicable to dine-in consumption only.
6. To enjoy Offer 1 to 6, 24-hour advance booking is required, and the redemption of the Offer must be stated when making the reservation. All reservations are subject to availability.
7. Offer is subject to availability, and on a first-come-first-served basis.
8. Offer is not applicable on April 18 to 21, May 5, July 1, October 1, December 24 to 26 and 31, 2025 and special events.
9. Offer is not applicable to gift card purchase, 10% service charge and items purchased other than food and beverage in the Participating Merchants (including but not limited to tobacco and cigarettes).
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional menu, offer or discount. Table and/or bill splitting is not allowed.
11. Participating Merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. American Express and Participating Merchants reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
15. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Participating Merchants shall be final.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
