1. Mastercard® x The Club Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to a cardholder (“Cardholder”) holding a valid Mastercard card (“Eligible Card”) who is also a member of The Club.
2. The Promotion is only applicable to the Eligible Transactions (as defined below) made on The Club’s shopping and reward platform (theclub.com.hk) and The Club’s mobile application (collectively “The Club Online Platform”). The Club Online Platform is operated by Club HKT Limited and the use of such is subject to the terms and conditions (https://shop.theclub.com.hk/terms-and-conditions and https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html) issued and that may be amended from time to time by The Club without prior notice.
3. The Promotion runs every Monday to Thursday from 12 September 2024 to 28 February 2025, both dates inclusive, or when the quotas as set out in Clause 4 have been used up, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Quota available on a first-come-first-served basis, while quota lasts.
4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Promo Code Quotas (as stated in the table below), a Cardholder (“Eligible Customer”) who meets the following conditions during the Promotion Period with Eligible Cards is entitled to enjoy an instant discount (being the Instant Discount Amount) as stated in the table below (the “Offer”). This Offer does not apply to payments made via eWallet or third-party payment applications / platforms (including but not limited to PayMe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK).
Condition 1: Make an Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) with Eligible Cards on The Club Online Platform that meets the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount stated in the table below; and
Condition 2: Use the respective designated promo code “MC100”, “CB100” or “MOX100” (as the case may be) as set out in the table below on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform:

^ The amount of the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount (as defined below) must be no less than HK$1,800 to enjoy the HK$100 Instant Discount Amount. By way of illustration, if Cardholders have fulfilled Condition 1 and Condition 2 above and use the “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform to offset all or a portion of the purchase amount, the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount to be settled by the Eligible Cards must be no less than HK$1,800. See further details in Clause 6 below.
5. The following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions (“Eligible Transactions”):
(i) Any transaction amounts that are subsequently reversed, cancelled, charged back, returned and/or refunded.
(ii) Any unposted transactions, as specified by Mastercard from time to time;
(iii) All payments made via eWallet or third-party payment applications/ platforms (including but not limited to PayMe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or
(iv) Any other types of transaction as determined by Mastercard and The Club from time to time.
6. An “Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount” means, in respect of a single transaction, the total amount of the transaction after deducting the following:
(i) Any value deducted through the redemption of Clubpoints (via redemption of Clubpoint for Rewards or Spend Less with Clubpoints function) or discounted by any cash voucher, gift card, rebate, coupon and promotion code offered through The Club Online Platform, including but not limited to The Club Shopping coupon and e-Voucher;
(ii) Delivery fee and shipping fee; and
(iii) Any other types of discounts as determined as ineligible by Mastercard and The Club from time to time.
7. An Eligible Transaction must be successfully completed by a Cardholder during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. Two or multiple transactions will not be aggregated for the purpose of calculating the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount.
8. If a Cardholder requests for a reversal, cancellation or refund (whether in partial or in full) for any transaction to which the Offer has been applied and after such reversal, cancellation or refund (whether in partial or in full), the final transaction amount is less than the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount in Clause 4, his/her entitlement to the HK$100 Instant Discount Amount under the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event The Club shall be entitled to first deduct from any refund to the Cardholders the equivalent amount of the Instant Discount Amount applied and to be forfeited. Under such circumstances, Mastercard and/or The Club have sole discretion to decide whether the Cardholder will be able to use the same Promo Code to obtain the discount again in the same month.
9. To use the Designated Promo Code, Cardholders must input the relevant Designated Promo Code at The Club Online Platform before proceeding to checkout. Mastercard and The Club will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the Designated Promo Code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer.
10. Only one Designated Promo Code can be applied per Eligible Transaction. Each month during the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can use each Designated Promo Code ONCE only, subject to the availability of the respective Promo Code Quotas of the month. The Designated Promo Code quotas are on a first-come-first-served basis while the respective Promo Code Quotas last. In the event that the Promo Code Quota has been used up for that month, a relevant notice will be displayed on The Club Online Platform. The Offer of the HK$100 Instant Discount Amount shall end immediately for a particular month when the relevant Promo Code Quota for that month has been used up without prior notice.
11. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Cards are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by Mastercard at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Eligible Card account is not in good standing, Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
12. The eligibility of Cardholders’ entitlement to the Offer shall be determined by Mastercard at its sole discretion based on Mastercard’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the records held by Cardholders and those held by Mastercard, Mastercard’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
13. Cardholders must retain the transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, Mastercard reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant transaction slips, other documents and/or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between Mastercard’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, Mastercard’s record shall prevail.
14. Mastercard is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services, which are not provided by Mastercard and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in the marketing material shall be directed to the relevant suppliers. Mastercard shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
15. No Clubpoints will be awarded to The Club Member for the Instant Discount Amount of HK$100 received through this Offer. The discount received through this Offer is non-transferable. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, The Club e-Voucher or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
16. All photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
17. Mastercard and The Club may change these Terms and Conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion and the Offer at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the decision of Mastercard and The Club which shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
18. In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and Mastercard’s Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
19. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

1. Unless otherwise specified and subject to the Promotion Quota (as defined below), the promotion period of this “The Club Designated Devices Offer: Enjoy HK$350 Instant Discount” (this “Offer”) is from 16 October 2024 till 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). All Single Net Transactions (as defined below) (based on the transaction date) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
2. Unless otherwise specified, this Offer applies to cardholders (each a "Cardholder") of Mox Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by Mox Bank Limited (“Mox”) who are also members of The Club (being a loyalty programme operated by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”)). 4. To enjoy the Offer, the Single Net Transaction must not include any items other than the Designated Device(s). 6. This Offer is subject to an aggregated quota of 200 uses (“Promotion Quota”). This Offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while quota lasts. This Offer is also subject to the availability of the Designated Devices’ models which are subject to change and may be updated by The Club from time to time without prior notice The Promotion Period will end on the earlier of the last day of that period and the date on which use of the Promotion Quota has been used 200 times. 7. Products and services listed on The Club Online Platform are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
8. If a Cardholder requests a cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full) for any order to which the Offer has been applied and after such cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full), the final order amount is less than the Eligible Transaction Amount (i.e. HK$9,500), the entitlement to the Instant Discount Amount of HK$350 under the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event The Club shall be entitled to first deduct from any refund to the Cardholder the corresponding value (i.e. HK$350) of the Instant Discount Amount applied.
