GRAND HYATT HONG KONG - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The 15% Savings offer at Grand Café, Grissini, One Harbour Road, Tiffin Lounge, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, Kaetsu, The Grill, The Chocolatier, Champagne Bar and Plateau Spa ("Offer") is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong ("Promotion Period").
2. Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 9-14, March 29-31, April 1, 3-4, 30, May 1, 12, 14-15, June 9-10, 16, 30, July 1, September 16-18, 30, October 1, 10-11, December 21, 24-26, 31, 2024 and all fireworks nights.
3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the payment in full with Centurion® Card or The Platinum Card® issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers").
4. Offer is applicable to a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 persons (inclusive of Eligible Cardmember).
5. Offer is for dine-in only (except Chocolatier).
6. Offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge.
7. Offer is not applicable for special events, banquets, meetings, weddings, private events, take away services, private room charges, room service, tobacco & cigars, corkage, ticket sales, special menus, special promotional items as defined by hotel.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Dining Cards, other special offers, cash and dining vouchers.
9. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, American Express and Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision.
13. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
