Discovery Bay Hotel Year Round Offer - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The 15% Savings on the original price offer at Café bord de Mer & Lounge and The Bounty Entertainment & Sports Bar ("Offer") is valid from September 1 to December 31, 2024 at the Discovery Bay Hotel ("Promotion Period").
2. Offer is not applicable on Sep 17 - 18, Oct 1 and 11, Dec 24 - 26 and 31, 2024.
3. Offer is applicable to Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of The Platinum® Card, American Express® Platinum Credit Card and American Express Explorer® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card", such holders, "Eligible Cardmember").
4. 3-day advance booking is required and please state the redemption of Offer when making reservation.
5. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the full payment with the Eligible Card.
6. Offer is not applicable to corkage, takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menu, brunch menu, guest chef promotions, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, discounted dishes/ menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room service, festive items, voucher sales and ticket sales events.
7. Offer is not applicable to 10% service charge.
8. Offer is applicable for dine-in consumption only.
9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount offers and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
10. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
13. In case of any dispute, American Express and Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision.
14. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
