1. To claim and use the coupon, participants must possess a valid Rakuten membership and must book either through logging into the Rakuten Travel Hong Kong website (travel.rakuten.com/hkg) or the Rakuten Travel Hong Kong mobile app, and checkout with Hong Kong Dollar.
2. AEON coupons are only applicable to eligible participants who will book using Principal or Supplementary cards of a valid AEON Visa, AEON Mastercard and AEON UnionPay Card issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. Bookings must cost at least HK$ 1,500 to be eligible for the HK$ 200 off discount provided by the AEON coupons.
3. AEON coupons are only applicable to prepaid room types and plans, and thus, are not applicable to room types and plans paid at the property.
4. AEON coupons have limited inventory, thus are issued on a first-come, first-served basis within the specified Campaign period.
5. AEON coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. AEON coupons can also only be used a maximum of five (5) times by the same participant throughout the Campaign period.
6. Campaign period: 7 February 2024 – 31 December 2024 (inclusive). The Campaign shall remain open during the entirety of this period, or while supplies last. Thus, the Campaign is considered over (1) once the Campaign period has passed; or (2) the AEON coupons have run out of stock (whichever applies first).
7. Stay Period: This Offer is applicable for bookings that fall within the period of 7 February 2024 – 31 December 2024 (*check-in date and check-out date shall be included within the Stay Period in the local time of the accommodation).
8. Prices will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Participants should confirm the final price when making a reservation.
9. The Campaign may be terminated or amended (subject to change) without notice.
10. The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
11. Rakuten Travel reserves the right to amend, change, suspend or terminate all or any part of the offer without notice. In case of dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the right to make the final and conclusive decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
