Remarks:
1. Lounge visit by Standard Chartered Priority Banking Credit Card principal cardholders who do not meet any of the above requirements or exceed the limit of 8 times within the same Card Membership Year will be subject to a charge of HK$210 plus VAT (if applicable) per person per visit. Terms and Conditions of Year-round Offers 2024 (the "Promotion"):
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders ("Cardholders") are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including Standard Chartered credit card and its co-branded card, MANHATTAN credit card and its co-branded card, and/or Standard Chartered Multi-Currency Mastercard Debit Card, if applicable ("Eligible Cards").
3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders settling payment with Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card and credit cards / debit cards issued by associated companies and/or affiliates of the Bank (local and overseas) (if applicable) are also eligible for the Promotion provided that the merchants’ relevant shops accept them for payment.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is only applicable to the outlets located in Hong Kong, designated website and/or mobile app of the respective merchants.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion irrespective of its form including but not limited to gifts, discounts or cash coupons, are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, promotional, festive and designated items.
7. The Promotion, gifts or discount coupons are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. Any change of the Promotion will be subject to the availability at the time of patronage.

13. The Bank and the merchants reserve the right to alter, extend, or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the merchants shall be final and binding.
14. In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original transaction document(s), sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) (if applicable) for further investigation by the Bank.
15. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

16. Unless otherwise specified, Dining Offer is not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments, pre-meal snacks and 10% service charge.

23. Terms & Conditions for Citi Prestige Card Priority Pass Lounge Access:
1. The Priority Pass Digital Membership Card ("PPC") is offered by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited ("PPL") to the principal cardholders (the "Principal Cardholders") of Citi Prestige Card ("Eligible Card") issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") only. Other than the principal cardholder, the PPC is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiration. The PPC may not be used by any person other than the Principal Cardholder. Improper use of the PPC could constitute fraud.
2. Citibank and PPL shall not be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the Principal Cardholder and/or any accompanying guests and a Lounge operator. Principal Cardholders acknowledge and agree that Citibank can provide PPL with information (personal data of Principal Cardholders provided in the enrollment site) to verify the validity of the Eligible Card and offer the PPC.
3. For new Citi Prestige Cardholders with card approval after May 1, 2021, a unique invitation code will be sent to Citi Mobile® App within 60 days after card activation. For existing cardholders with card approval on or before May 1, 2021, the unique invitation code will be sent to their Citi Mobile® App on or after June 14, 2021. To enjoy the Priority Pass Lounge Access, all Principal Cardholders have to register for a membership through https://www.prioritypass.com/citihkprestige.
4. Principal Cardholders wishing to access a Lounge must present their digital lounge access code (this may be obtained by creating an account through https://www.prioritypass.com/citihkprestige. By providing the Eligible Card information the Principal Cardholder consents to the use of such information by PPL and Citibank for verification purposes and in connection with the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) or Citi Prestige Card to the Lounge receptionist and quote “PP Member”. No Cardholder will be granted access to the Lounge without their digital lounge access code or Citi Prestige Card. A valid boarding pass and an acceptable form of identification may also be required.
5. Principal Cardholders can enjoy one complimentary Lounge visit per arrival or departure at each airport, and each additional visit will incur an entrance fee of US$35 (or at the prevailing rate). Each accompanying guest (including Supplementary Cardholders) should pay an entrance fee of US$35 (or at the prevailing rate) for each access.
6. In the event a Citi Prestige Card has been lost or stolen, and the card number changed, the Principal Cardholder is required to update his/ her new card information by logging into his/her account on Priority Pass website or contacting a Priority Pass representative at +852 2866 1964 or via email info@prioritypass.com, in order to enjoy complimentary Lounge access.
7. In any event of the Citi Prestige Card being cancelled, the Citi Prestige Card or digital lounge access code shall be invalid effective from the cancellation date of the Citi Prestige Card. Any Lounge visits using, including any guests thereafter, remain the liability of the Principal Cardholder.
8. Lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. The Principal Cardholder must abide by the rules and policies of each participating location, and the Principal Cardholder accepts that provision of a valid Citi Prestige Card or digital lounge access code for a Lounge does not guarantee access to that Lounge. The Principal Cardholder accepts that Citibank or PPL has no control over the Lounge’s decision on whether to admit any Principal Cardholder or accompanying guest, the number of people allowed in at any time, facilities offered, the opening/closing times, the length of time customers may spend in the location, any charges payable above and beyond those included in the Lounge access, or the personnel employed by the Lounge.
9. Use of the Lounge access is not transferable. Complimentary Lounge access may not be used by any person other than the Principal Cardholder.
10. Applicability of Lounge access for children varies according to each specific Lounge’s policies. Inclusion of children with regard to eligibility for the Lounge is at the discretion of the Lounge involved.
11. Use of Lounge access is subject to the Principal Cardholder and accompanying guests behaving and dressing in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the relevant Lounge terms. Any Principal Cardholder or guest not complying with such terms may be asked to vacate the Lounge. Citibank or PPL is not liable for any loss suffered by the customer where a Lounge has refused admission or Lounge use because the Principal Cardholder has not complied with the Lounge terms or the individual Lounge’s terms and conditions.
12. Lounges have no obligation to announce flights and the Principal Cardholder accepts that Citibank or PPL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting out of any Principal Cardholder failing to board his/her flight(s). Further, it is the Principal Cardholder’s responsibility to check the relevant entry requirements for any country being visited and to have the correct travel documentation for the journey.
13. In the event that Citibank elects to cancel this privilege, Citibank will notify all Principal Cardholders in writing 30 days prior to the discontinuation of PPC. If the Principal Cardholder continues to use PPC after the effective date of cancellation, the Principal Cardholder accepts full liability to pay for all subsequent Lounge visits. These visits will automatically be billed to the Eligible Principal Card. If the Eligible Card is declined for whatever reasons, the Principal Cardholder agrees that he/ she will pay for the visit by another method of payment.

Dining Offer's Terms and Conditions (if applicable):
