AEON x Ocean Park - emoji® Summer Splash 2023 Terms and Conditions:
1. Spending period: From 7 July 2023 to 11:59 pm, 31 August 2023 (Hong Kong time) and Redemption period From 12 July 2023 to 11:59 pm, 31 August 2023 (Hong Kong time).
2. Eligible AEON Card includes the credit cards and co-brand credit cards issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd (“AEON”), but not applicable to AEON Supplementary Card (calculation of spending amount will be combined with Principal Card) (“Eligible Card”).
3. During the redemption period, cardholder is required to logon “AEON HK” mobile app and redeem AEON x Ocean Park - emoji® Summer Splash 2023 e-tickets via the app. Within the spending period, each Cardholders accumulated spending of every HK$10,000 on credit purchase or card instalment plan with Eligible Card is entitled to redeem one Ocean Park Adult General Admission e-Ticket (“The Offer”). In case Cardholder has more than one Eligible Card (including his/her AEON Supplementary Card), accumulated eligible spending amount will be automatically combined from different Eligible Cards for calculation.
4. Eligible spending refers to local retail spending (transaction settled in Hong Kong dollars) and online purchases made with Eligible Card during the Promotion Period for credit purchase and card instalment plan (total amount) (“Eligible Spending”).
5. Total amount of card instalment plan within the Promotion Period will be counted as Eligible Spending requirement rather than the monthly instalment amount.
6. For the Eligible Spending requirement, the record of AEON and transaction date of AEON shall be final. Ineligible transactions include overseas transactions, transactions at CMK Electrical Store (From 3 July, 2023 to 31 August, 2023), cash advance, cash advance cash instalment plan, cash instalment plan’s handling charges, wire transfer, insurance payment, payments through “AEON Netmember”, Octopus automatic add value service transactions, reload/transfer using digital wallets (including but not limited to AlipayHK, PayMe, TNG and WeChat Pay HK), daily cashing, handling charges, annual fees, late charges, finance charges, flexible repayment, gambling and betting transactions such as casino chip purchases, un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions, and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded (“Ineligible Transaction”).
7. A maximum of 2 e-tickets can be redeemed and can only be made once per Cardholder account. Once the redemption of e-ticket is confirmed, no amendment, cancellation or repeated redemption is allowed. The e-tickets are available on first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
8. Adult General Admission e-Ticket is only used for one-time admission to Ocean Park between 7 July 2023 and 31 December 2023, expired ticket cannot be used. For Park opening hours and latest update, please refer to: https://www.oceanpark.com.hk/en
9. A valid e-ticket with QR code (either on smartphone or on A4 size paper) must be presented and successfully scanned by the staff of Ocean Park for admission.
10. From 7 July, 2023 to 27 August, 2023, Cardholder is entitled to 15% off on All Day Delight Ticket at official website and on-site Ticketing Office with payment settled by AEON Card.
11. From 7 July, 2023 to 27 August, 2023, Cardholder is entitled to 10% off on Ocean FasTrack(Pro) at the on-site Ticketing Office with payment settled by AEON Card.
12. Cardholder is entitled to 10% off on any consumption at Restaurants and Food Kiosks (Not applicable at McDonald’s Restaurant, Ciao Chow food kiosk and Vending Machines) with payment settled by AEON Card.
13. Cardholder is entitled to 15% off on Park products and 10% off on consignment items upon net purchase of HK$300 or above at souvenir shops (not applicable to photo products, discounted items, fixed-price items, Ocean FasTrack, Get Closer to the Animals programmes and vending machines) with payment settled by AEON Card.
14. If Cardholder terminates his/her credit card account or fails to meet the spending requirement after redemption, AEON shall charge the below handling fee to the Cardholder’s credit card account which will be shown in the statement payment of October 2023 without prior notice.

- Cardholder who redeemed Ocean Park Adult General Admission e-Ticket; Handling fee for Cardholder who fails to meet the spending requirement: HK$388/ticket
15. All e-tickets cannot be altered, cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash or resell. No replacement for any loss of the e-tickets.
16. Please protect the A4 printed e-ticket, especially the QR code area which must be scanned at the entrance of Ocean Park. The ticket will be void if altered or defaced.
17. AEON will not accept any liability if any information submitted to AEON has been delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computers or networks. All the dates and time relating to the e-ticket redemption shall be determined based on AEON’s record.
18. Eligible Card account must be in normal status and in good standing in order to enjoy The Offer.
19. AEON has the right to forfeit the qualification of The Promotion in any of the following situations: a) Eligible Card account is delinquent; or b) Eligible Card account is terminated; or c) Eligible Cardholder has deceptive behavior related to any of the transactions.
20. AEON is not the supplier of the products/services/information and will not be responsible for the quality of products/services/information provided by suppliers.
21. AEON and Ocean Park Corporation reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of AEON and Ocean Park Corporation shall be final.
22. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
