1. The promotion period is from March 15, 2024 to March 14, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Program is only applicable to the cardmembers (“Eligible Cardmembers” or “you”) of credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) and debit cards (“Eligible Debit Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and/or China Construction Bank Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
3. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 10% off on purchasing designated Admission Ticket at Ocean Park through below channels during the Promotion Period:
a. Purchase designated admission tickets at official Ocean Park website (https://www.oceanpark.com.hk/en/tickets-and-offers/offers/ccb-asia-and-ccb-credit-card-offer) and settle the payment by any Eligible Credit Cards. Each online transaction can purchase a maximum of 4 admission tickets only; or
b. Purchase designated admission tickets at Ocean Park ticketing office and settle the payment by any Eligible Credit Cards and/or Eligible Debit Cards. Each transaction can purchase a maximum of 4 admission tickets only.
4. You can purchase other tickets together in the same transaction, but the payment must be settled by Eligible Credit Card and/or Eligible Debit Card.
5. The ticket can be upgraded to the corresponding “Ocean Park Annual Membership” on the date of admission by paying designated amount. Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of day time admission ticket to “Ocean Park Annual Membership”, please contact Ocean Park for details.
6. Any child (aged 11 or below) must be accompanied by a person who is aged 15 or above with valid admission ticket when entering Ocean Park.
7. The products/services are provided by Ocean Park, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by Ocean Park.
8. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between Ocean Park and the Eligible Cardmembers, which shall in no way relieve such Eligible Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation and the Bank shall be final and binding.
10. Ocean Park Corporation and the Bank reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
11. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Principal Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.

7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
