1. The 15% Savings offer at Lai Ching Heen, Harbourside, The Steak House, The Lobby Lounge and Nobu Hong Kong ("Offer") is valid from March 1 to December 31, 2024 at Regent Hong Kong ("Promotion Period").
2. Lai Ching Heen: Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 10 to 14, May 12, June 16, July 1, September 17 to 18, October 1, December 21, 24 to 26 & 31, 2024 and all firework display nights.
3. Harbourside, The Steak house, The Lobby Lounge & Nobu Hong Kong: Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 10 to 14, May 12, June 16, July 1, October 1, December 24 to 26 & 31, 2024 and all firework display nights.
4. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the full payment with Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card®, American Express® Charter Gold Card, American Express® Gold Card, American Express® Charter Card, American Express® Card, American Express Platinum Credit Card, Blue Cash® Credit Card from American Express, American Express® I.T Cashback Card, American Express® Gold Credit Card, American Express® Credit Card or American Express Explorer Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers").
5. Lai Ching Heen, Harbourside & Nobu Hong Kong, Offer is applicable to a maximun of 6 diners per visit, inclusive of Cardmember.
6. The Steak House & The Lobby Lounge, Offer is applicable to a maximun of 4 diners per visit, inclusive of Eligible Cardmember.
7. Offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge.
8. Offer is valid for food items and dine-in only.
9. Discount is not applicable to private dining room, private charter event, corkage, cut cake fee and other miscellaneous charge
10. Offer is not applicable to The Lobby Lounge Afternoon Tea Set, pastry counter, retail items and Nobu Promotional Omakase Menu.
11. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability.
12. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
13. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Terms & Conditions for Dining Privileges at Regent Hong Kong (the “Offer”):
1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is valid from March 25, 2024 to March 24, 2025, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to Principal and Supplementary Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Prestige Card ("Eligible Card") issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citi") ("Eligible Card").
3. Cardholders can enjoy the following Offers during the Promotion Period:

The Lobby Lounge:

- Offer Details: Enjoy a complimentary birthday dessert with minimum spending of HK$800 +10% service charge per reservation. OR Enjoy a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine with minimum spending of HK$1,500 +10% service charge per reservation.

Harbourside:
- Location: G/F, Regent Hong Kong, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
- Offer Details: Enjoy ONE complimentary buffet lunch for reservations for 4 guests or above.
*Offer is applicable from Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). Offer can be used once only per reservation.

4. Advance reservation at least 7 days and up to 60 days before is required, subject to availability. Please contact Citi Prestige Concierge or access the Live Chat function on Citi Prestige Digital Concierge via Citi Mobile® App to make a reservation to enjoy the offer.
5. Cardholders must present Eligible Card for verification in person upon arrival, and all payments (including deposit/ authorization if any) must be settled with Eligible Card.
6. Each reservation can enjoy the Offer once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or gift certificates. Splitting the bill is not allowed.
7. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, nor sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
8. Offer is valid for dine-in consumption at the Participating Restaurants only.
9. Offer is not applicable to private dining room, private charter event nor any seasonal or festive menus.
10. 10% service charge applies and will be calculated based on original price. For the Offers at Nobu Hong Kong, 10% service charge based on original price will also apply to the complimentary Signature Omakase set dinner.
11. Credit card information is required to secure a reservation. For cancellation or amendment of the reservation, please contact Citi Prestige Concierge or access the Live Chat function on Citi Prestige Digital Concierge via Citi Mobile® App at least 7 days prior to the booking.

13. For the Offer at Nobu Hong Kong, each Cardholder can enjoy the Offer once only during the Promotion Period.
14. For the Offer at Nobu Hong Kong, all guests all guests under the same reservation must order the designated Signature Omakase set dinner.
15. For the Offers at The Lobby Lounge, each Cardholder can enjoy the Offer once only during the Promotion Period.
16. The Offer at Harbourside is applicable from Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). Any accompanying paying guests are subject to original price for adults.
17. Blackout dates apply to all Offers: May 12, Jun 16, Jul 1, Oct 1, Dec 24-26, 31, 2024 and Jan 1, 29-31, Feb 1, 14, 2025 and any firework display nights.
18. Citi and Regent Hong Kong reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion and any of its terms and conditions, without prior notice.
19. In case of any dispute, the decision of Citi and Regent Hong Kong shall be final.
20. Regent Hong Kong reserves the right to change menus and prices without advance notice.
21. Citi is not the supplier nor service provider of the products/services/auxiliary services provided and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Regent Hong Kong is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services provided by Regent Hong Kong.
22. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions of the offer, the English version shall prevail.

General Terms & Conditions:
1.
