American Express x Mira Dining Offer Terms and Conditions
1. The “American Express x Mira Dining Offer” is only applicable for Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card® or American Express® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”).
2. Promotion Period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who settle the full payment with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy the offers below (“Offer") at Cuisine Cusine ifc, Chineselogy, Daai Zaak, Mue Mue and Tsui Hang Village (“Participating Restaurants"):
o Offer 1: 30% savings on the à la carte food and beverage menu for dine-in dinner consumption (excluding bottles of wine and spirits);
o Offer 2: Up to 25% savings on food items in the à la carte food menu for takeaway orders (available all day) –
1. Mue Mue and Tsui Hang Village: 25% savings.
2. Cuisine Cuisine ifc, Chineselogy and Daai Zaak: 15% savings.
4. Blackout dates apply. Please refer to below for the corresponding blackout dates of Participating Restaurants:
i. Chineselogy: January 28, May 10 to 11, October 1, 6, December 21, 31, 2025 and any Fireworks Nights
ii. Cuisine Cusine ifc: January 28 to 31, May 10 to 11, October 1, 6, December 21, 31, 2025 and any Fireworks Nights
iii. Mue Mue: January 28, May 11, October 6, December 21, 2025
iv. Tsui Hang Village: January 28 to 31, May 10 to 11, October 6, December 21, 2025
5. For Offer 1, each Eligible Cardmember can only enjoy the Offer for one table on each occasion, with the number of diners (including the Eligible Cardmember) being no more than 12. Special table arrangement, splitting of table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer. Children aged 6 or above will be considered as 1 person for the purpose of Offer 1.
6. For Offer 1, offer is applicable to food and beverage items in à la carte menu for dinein dinner after 6pm only, excluding all bottled wine and spirit, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charge for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on a la carte menu, discounted food/beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways. Please check with the respective Participating Restaurants for details.
7. For Offer 2, offer is only applicable to à la carte food menu for takeaway orders made directly with the designated restaurants, excluding all beverages, wines, 10% service charge, festive products, set menus, seasonal menus or promotional menus, discounted food items, private or corporate functions, banquets, deliveries and other charges.
8. Advance reservation is required, and seats are subject to availability.
9. A 10% service charge and tea and condiments charges (if any) apply and will be calculated based on the original price.
10. Alcoholic drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.
11. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
12. Participating Restaurants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. American Express and Participating Restaurants reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
16. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Participating Restaurants shall be final.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
