Terms and Conditions for "Mooncake Offer at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong for Citi Credit Card Cardholders Promotion":
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the "Mooncake Offer at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour for Citi Credit Card Cardholders Promotion" is from Now till September 18, 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who use Eligible Cards to purchase can enjoy special price HKD208/per box (original price at HKD238) for a Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong x Pei Chung Mooncake Gift Box or the corresponding voucher (“Voucher”) .
3. The Voucher has to be redeemed from August 17 to September 18, 2024, and cannot be extended.
4. Please redeem at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong The Farmhouse Deli (08:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
5. The Voucher must be presented upon redemption and must be redeemed by the expiry date.
6. The Voucher (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services. No credits will be issued for unused portions. Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.
7. The Voucher is not for commercial use.
8. For purchases of 19 boxes and below per transaction, delivery is available with an additional charge. Please contact the hotel via hongkong.hyattcentric@hyatt.com if you require delivery.
9. For purchases of 20 boxes and above per transaction, free delivery is available to a single address only. Available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, and the airport). Delivery fee var depending on the recipient’s address.
10. Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the voucher.
11. Any unauthorized transfer, sale or reproduction constitutes fraud.
