2024 Year-round Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the year-round promotion stated in this website ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and DBS Co-branded (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with Applicable Credit Cards.
3. Unless otherwise specified, Offers are valid from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
4. Offers are applicable to DBS Black American Express Card cardholders only at outlets accepting American Express® card for payment.
5. Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or transferred.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed- priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services.
8. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the dining offers are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
10. Specific merchant offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details.
11. The prices stated in this website are for reference only; no notice will be made should there be any changes.
12. Offers are available while stocks last. The Offers are subject to terms and conditions of respective merchants.
13. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services published in the website (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in the website shall be directed to the relevant merchants. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
14. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholders should the respective merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
15. The Bank and participating merchants reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offers. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank and participating merchants shall be final and binding.
16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

General Terms and Conditions of Shanghai Commercial Bank Credit Card “Year Round Merchant Offers Program”
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period (the “Promotion Period”) of Year Round Merchant Offers Program (the “Program”) is valid until 31 December 2024.
2. The Program is only applicable to the principal and supplementary card cardholders of the credit cards/co-branded credit cards/business credit cards (except RMB credit cards) (the “Designated Credit Cards”) issued by Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the "Bank").
3. Offers are applicable to UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Credit Card cardholders at outlets accepting this card for payment; please check with respective merchants for details.
4. To be eligible for the offers under the Program, cardholders must present the Designated Credit Cards prior to the purchase/order/reservation and settle payment with the Designated Credit Cards (if applicable).
5. All dining offers are applicable to dine-in only and are not applicable to 10% service charge, tea and condiment charges (unless otherwise specified).
6. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, membership benefits, cash coupons, vouchers, fixed price items, special price items and promotional items, etc. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable. Please contact the merchants for details.
7. All photos are for reference only.
8. All products and services are supplied by the merchants who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the products, quality of service, supply and/or other related matters, to which the Bank shall have no liability whatsoever. Any disputes or complaints in respect to the products and/or services shall be made to the merchants directly.
9. The offers are subject to availability and the relevant terms and conditions of the respective merchants. For details, please contact the respective merchants.
10. If the respective merchant is closed for business, the offers will be terminated without prior notice to cardholders.
11. The Bank and the merchants reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, change or terminate the offers without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for any changes or termination of the offers and will not notify the cardholders separately of any such changes or termination.
12. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the merchants shall be final.
13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
