4. The Offer is not applicable to K11 Art House Black Box/House 11, K11 Art House IMAX/House 12, Festival Suite of Festival Grand Cinema, RealD Cinema (3D), Onyx Cinema LED, MX4D, Senior / Student / Child tickets, morning /midnight shows, Tuesdays shows, shows from 24 December to 2 January, shows from the 28th day of the 12th Lunar Month to the 10th day of the 1st Lunar Month, certain blackout dates and movies as specified by cinemas, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcasting programs, venue rental or group booking or films with special arrangements with film distributors or special featured movies.
5. The discounted price of ticket will be rounded up to the nearest integer. For example, if the discounted price is HK$95.5, it will be rounded up to HK$96.
6. The promotion is provided on a first-come-first served basis.
7. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, including but NOT limited to gift vouchers, complimentary tickets or coupons.

2. Customers who purchase designated movie tickets through the MCL Cinema website (www.mclcinema.com) or the MCL Cinema mobile app during the Offer 2 Promotion Period using an Eligible Card will be waived the online booking service fee. The Offer is not applicable to movie tickets purchased via third-party ticketing platforms.
3. The Offer is applicable to the purchase of regular-price adult movie tickets for the following versions or sessions (including but not limited to: 2D, 3D, MX4D, RealD Cinema (3D), Onyx Cinema LED, K11 Art House IMAX/12, film festivals, special programs, live programs, sneak shows, alternative programs, premium screening).
4. The Offer is not applicable to the following versions or sessions (Senior / Student / Child tickets, morning /midnight shows, K11 Art House Black Box/11, Festival Grand Cinema's Festival Suite, MCL Cyberport Cinema's two- seaters, group bookings or venue rental, and movies with special agreements with film distributors)

6. When customers purchase any movie tickets on the MCL Cinema website or MCL Cinema mobile app, they must select the relevant “AEON Card Adult/10% Off – Handling Fee Waiver” ticket option and pay in full using an Eligible Card to enjoy the service fee waiver. The service fee exemption obtained will be displayed on the online ticket booking confirmation page of the MCL Cinema website or MCL Cinema mobile app after the transaction is completed.
7. The Offer can be used in conjunction with the “Offer 1 - 10% off regular-priced 2D movie ticket”, but cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, including but not limited to movie vouchers, gift vouchers or discount coupons.
8. The Offer is applicable to all ticket transactions, and a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction can enjoy the service fee waiver.
9. The Offer has a weekly quota of 1,000 slots (per movie ticket), on a first-come, first-served basis, until the quota is exhausted.
10. The Offer quota will be refreshed every Thursday at 6:00 am until the end of the Promotion Period.
11. The Offer is not applicable to all transactions using electronic vouchers.
12. The Offer cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded, redeemed for cash or converted into vouchers of other denominations.
