Terms and conditions:
1. From October 2 to December 31, 2024 (both date inclusive) ("Promotion Period"), Eligible Members can enjoy the dining privileges (defined as below) (“Offer”) at Mashi No Mashi.
- Participating Restaurants: Mashi No Mashi (Hong Kong) ; Dining Privileges*: Complimentary highball or draft beer on ordering of one of the signature ramens and/or donburis.
- Participating Restaurants: Mashi No Mashi (Singapore); 1 set of complimentary Wagyu Gyozas (3 pieces) per guest upon arrival.
*Subject to change due to availability, privilege with equivalent value will be provided.
2. Offer is not applicable on December 24 - 26 and 31, 2024.
3. Offer is applicable to Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of The Platinum® Card, American Express® Platinum Credit Card and American Express Explorer® Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card", such holders, "Eligible Cardmember").
4. Offer is applicable to one table with a maximum of 4 persons per table per visit (Eligible Member inclusive) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional menu, offer or discount. Table and/or bill splitting is not allowed.
5. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the full payment with the Eligible Card during the promotion period.
6. Offer is not applicable to corkage, takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menu, brunch menu, guest chef promotions, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, discounted dishes/ menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room service, festive items, voucher sales and ticket sales events.
7. Offer is applicable for dine-in consumption only.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount offers and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, American Express and Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision.
13. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
