Terms and Conditions of Non-Exclusive Access to “Maison LeCercle” Offer:
1. Non-Exclusive Access to “Maison Le Cercle” Offer is only applicable to the Cardholders (including principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders) of Fubon Visa Infinite Card.
2. Promotion period is from 14 March 2023 to 30 June 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, with the Cards, Cardholders can access Maison LeCercle club by advance reservation.
4. Advance reservation must be made via phone and registration as a Maison LeCercle member are required to enjoy the access to the club. Upon arrival of the club, the Card have to be presented before accessing into the club.
5. Spending in the Maison LeCercle club should be settled by the Card of the customer.
6. Only those customers and their guests (if any) aged 18 or above are allowed to enter into the Maison LeCercle club.
7. Using laptops and tablet computers are not allowed in the Maison LeCercle club.
8. Dress code must follow Maison LeCercle requirements. (i.e. Smart casual. Please refrain from wearing exercise or beach attire. For Gentlemen, please refrain from wearing shorts of any length, singlet, flipflop and sandals.)
9. For the menu and minimum charge applicable for specific date(s), please check with the Merchant for details.
10. For the terms and conditions above (clause 4 to 9), please contact Maison LeCercle directly for any enquiry.
11. Under the laws of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
12. Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) is not the service provider of the Merchant Offer and the Offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the services or information provided by the service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant service provider.
13. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
14. Cardholders are to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Maison LeCercle club. For enquiry, please contact the Merchant for details.
15. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
