Activity Rules:
Terms and Conditions
1. The offer is only applicable for UnionPay cardholders and the reservation is to be made by a valid and unexpired UnionPay card.
2. The offer is available for stays until 31 December 2024 at Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong.
3. Prepayment will not be refunded or cancellation.
4. Hotel credit is only applicable to dining. It cannot be used to settle room charges, in-room dining charges, tours, retail products at Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong.
5. Hotel credit has to be consumed during the stay.
6. Hotel credit consumption is subject to the hotel’s availability.
7. Welcome drinks have to be consumed at Dockyard while presenting the vouchers.
8. This room package and hotel credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
9. Rate is subject to a 10% service charge. Booking is subject to room availability.
10. Guestrooms are for accommodation purposes only (except designated room packages). The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-accommodation purposes, including wedding parties and events.
11. UnionPay card used at time of booking needs to be presented during check-in.
12. In case of any dispute, Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong reserves the right of interpretation to the extent permitted by the applicable.
13. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.
14. Under scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
15. UnionPay International reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Exception Clause:
1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
4. The design, text, images and links contained in this page shall only be used, permitted by UnionPay International, for the purpose of promoting the corresponding activities of UnionPay International. After the end of the promotion, the link and other related content will be invalid. If used, please delete it immediately. Unionpay International shall not be liable for the consequences or damages incurred as a result of any failure to delete it in time or unreasonable use.
