AEON Card JAL Cardmember enjoy complimentary lounge service at Hong Kong International Airport Terms and Conditions:
1. AEON Card JAL cardmember accumulate credit purchase spending HK$150,000 or above on any credit purchase, card instalment plan, cash advance or cash advance card instalment plan in 12 months upon card issuance and annually thereafter, cardholder can enjoy the service once of the coming year.
2. Any handling fee, Flexible Repayment Service, finance charge, gambling, refunded, invalid, unposted, unauthorized transaction is excluded from the calculation of the spending requirement.
3. The spending amount in calculating this promotion program requirement will be used again in calculating the “Next Year Annual Fee Waiver Program”.
4. A redemption letter will be sent to eligible cardmember by mail within 8 weeks of next annual year after cardmember has fulfilled the spending requirement. In order to enjoy this service, cardmember needs to travel with JAL operating flights and depart from Hong Kong and present the original copy of the redemption letter to the JAL check-in counter. Japan Airlines Hong Kong International Airport lounge services arrangement is at The Qantas Hong Kong Lounge (Level 7, Terminal 1 near gate 5. Turn right after North Immigration).

5. If any refund or cancellation of transaction which caused the failure or fulfilling spending requirement after the lounge ser vice has been given, AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. (“the company”) reserves the right to charge the lounge service fee without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the company shall be final.
6. The company has the right to forfeit the participant’s qualification in any of the following situations: a) the member’s payment account is delinquent; or b) the member’s account is terminated; or c) member has deceptive behavior related to the transaction.

Special Individual and Companion Travel Offers Terms and Conditions:
1. Offer applies to the fare only. Each passenger must pay the full amount of all applicable airport taxes, security charges, fuel surcharges, government taxes and service fees.
2. Cardmembers must travel on itinerary booked and accompany the party as one of the passengers for which the reservations are made.
3. To enjoy the companion offers, the companion must travel on the same class, same itinerary as the Cardmember’s. Cardmembers must issue ticket and depart from Hong Kong before the respective offer expiry date stated on the above table.

5. Booking must be made through The Platinum Travel Service and paid by The Platinum Card®.
6. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of tickets prescribed by the respective airlines apply.
