1. DBS Credit Card “HKTaxi 5 Rides and Get 1 Free Offer” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. The promotion period is from 19 January 2023 to 31 March 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. To be eligible to enjoy the offer of this Promotion, Cardholders are required to fulfill all the following requirements:
a. Install the DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) and complete the registration of DBS Card+ account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ More > App & Security Settings > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transaction for participating in the Promotion. 4. After completing the steps set out at Clause 3 above, Cardholders who complete a single transaction of HK$50 or above at HKTaxi with the Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Transaction") will receive 1 stamp. The stamp will be displayed on the DBS Card+ “Spending” page. For every 5 stamps collected by the Cardholder, the next Eligible Transaction completed at HKTaxi with the Applicable Credit Card (i.e., the 6th ride) shall be entitled to one of the following InstaRedeem rebates (“Offer”) randomly pushed by the computer system: InstaRedeem HK$50 rebate, InstaRedeem HK$30 rebate or InstaRedeem HK$15 rebate. The 6th ride must be completed on or before 31 March 2023. Cardholders must click “OK” on the Payment Success page of HKTaxi after paying the taxi fare to receive the “InstaRedeem” notification at HKTaxi. Cardholders have to click on that notification right after receiving it to redeem the Offer at HKTaxi. If not, Cardholders can use the Offer received to set off the amount payable for that transaction via the InstaRedeem function of DBS Card+ through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on the Eligible Transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed on the DBS Card+ “Spending” page. The Offer must be used on or before 14 April 2023, otherwise it will be considered as giving up the Offer.
5. Cardholders will only be awarded 1 stamp per day.
6. Each DBS Card+ user can enjoy the Offer 3 times during the Promotion Period.
7. The quota of the Offer is limited to 3,000 each calendar month, and is on a first-come-first-served basis according to the time record of the Eligible Transaction. The Bank will no longer issue any stamp when the quota is full and quota full message will be shown on DBS Website.
8. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other InstaRedeem promotion offers/reward offered by the Bank and the merchants. If a Cardholder’s spending meets the requirements of other InstaRedeem promotion offer/reward at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer/reward to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded under the Offer of this Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other InstaRedeem promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
9. The Bank has absolute discretion to determine the validity of a transaction and the eligibility of the Offer based on the details (including time and date) of the relevant transaction in the Bank’s record. 10. Since DBS$ is in integral, after the adjustment of decimal places, Cardholders may not be able to fully set off the amount payable under certain circumstances. 3. Cash rebate reward accrual is counted on a calendar month basis, starting from the first day of the month until the last day of the month. General Terms & Conditions of Mobile Payment and BoC Pay:
1. To enjoy the relevant offer, cardholder needs to present the relevant mobile application with the added “Eligible Credit Card and/or BOC ATM Card (if applicable)” and/or Smart Account and/or Payment Account to the cashier before payment and settle the payment successfully.
