What these terms mean
11. "Eligible Credit Card" means HSBC Premier Mastercard® Credit Card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
12. "Participating Merchant" means Harvey Nichols Hong Kong.

Activity Rules:
1. The Promotion is valid from 24 March to 30 June 2023 (refers to “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period of Beauty Department of Harvey Nichols Landmark (except CHANEL BEAUTÉ), Harvey Nichols Pacific Place, Beauty Bazaar The ONE (except CHANEL BEAUTÉ) and Beauty Avenue Bank Centre is from 24 March to 30 June 2023. Offers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
2. The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Card and ATM Card with card number starting with 62 (refers to “UnionPay Card”), or UnionPay card pay via Mobile QuickPass and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.

Privilege 1: During 24 March to 30 June 2023, spend HK$1,000 or above with UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code at Beauty Department of Harvey Nichols Landmark, Harvey Nichols Pacific Place (except CHANEL BEAUTÉ), Beauty Bazaar The ONE (except CHANEL BEAUTÉ) and Beauty Avenue Bank Centre to enjoy HK$80 instant discount;
ii. Privilege 2: During 24 March to 26 April 2023, spend HK$6,000 or above with UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code at Fashion Department of Harvey Nichols Landmark and Pacific Place (except Precision Watch, Brunello Cucinelli, Mikimoto, Valentino, Red Valentino and gadgets) to enjoy HK$600 instant discount;
4. UnionPay Mobile QuickPass refers to eligible UnionPay Card binding at mobile device or watch, and the payment successfully completed at Participating Outlets. Cardholders are required to present eligible UnionPay Card binding at mobile device or watch and complete the payment via UnionPay network as to enjoy the Privileges .
5. UnionPay QR Code refers to UnionPay App or other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment transaction details at mobile device and the payment successfully completed at Participating Outlets. Cardholders are required to present App Payment Code and completed the payment via UnionPay network as to enjoy the Privileges .
6. Split transactions will not be accepted, single transaction cannot be split into multiple transactions to enjoy our privileges. Each sales memo is entitled to redeem the above privilege once only. Each UnionPay card is entitled to enjoy Privilege 1 and 2 once daily at each participating outlet. At Harvey Nichols Landmark and Pacific Place, cardholder is entitled to enjoy Privilege 1 and 2 once daily; at Beauty Bazaar The ONE and Beauty Avenue Bank Centre, cardholder is entitled to enjoy Privilege 1 once daily. Privileges will be served on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
7. Eligible amount is calculated based on individual UnionPay Card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of applicable discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons).
8. The promotion is not applicable to the transaction of purchase of Harvey Nichols Gift Card and Beauty Avenue Gift Card.
9. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with some other promotional offers of the participating outlets, please check with sales associates for more information.
10. Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are not eligible for this promotion. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction.
11. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotions. In case of refund, only the net spending amount will be returned to Cardholders.
12. The first 6 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card number and information on merchant sales invoices and sales memos will be collected for record.
13. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.
14. Under scope of applicable laws, Harvey Nichols (Hong Kong) Limited (refers to “Merchant”) reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations. If changes are made to the Promotion, the details shown on in-store promotional materials shall prevail.
15. In case of disputes, the decision of participating merchant shall be final.
16. In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and merchant reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action. For any disqualified redemption or cardholder, UnionPay International and merchant reserve the right to retrieve the Privileges so granted.
17. UnionPay International and merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Exception Clause:
1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
4.
