Terms & Conditions:
1. The offer is not applicable on 29 March - 1 April, 24 - 31 December, 2024 and other public holidays including but not limited to Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice and eve, the weekend before Winter Solstice.

Terms & Conditions of Dining Offer:
1. Enjoy up to 30% savings at participating restaurants for the Special Dining Offer, and enjoy up to 20% savings at participating restaurants for the Year-round Dining Offer (the “Dining Offer”). The Special Dining Offer is valid from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Year-round Dining Offer is valid from March 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Enjoy up to 35% savings at participating restaurants for the Premium Special Dining Offer (the “Premium Special Dining Offer”). The Premium Special Dining Offer is valid from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) reserves the right to change the dates of the Promotion Period without prior notice to comply with applicable laws and regulations imposed by the Hong Kong SAR Government. 2. 3. To enjoy the Dining Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with an eligible Basic or Supplementary American Express® Card issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) at the participating restaurants (“Restaurants”) within the Promotion Period.
4. To enjoy the Premium Special Dining Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with an eligible Basic or Supplementary of Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card® or American Express® Peninsula Platinum Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers") at the participating restaurants (“Restaurants”) within the Promotion Period.

6. The Dining Offer and Premium Special Dining Offer may differ depending on the individual restaurant and exclusions may apply. Eligible Cardmembers are advised to check with the individual restaurant for more details on the Offer before arrival.
7. Dining Offer and Premium Special Dining Offer are not applicable to special promotion menu, tailor-made menu, private functions, wedding banquets, beverages, hampers, corkage fee, cake charges, purchase of cigarettes, cigars, coupons or vouchers.
8. The maximum number of diners (including the Eligible Cardmember) varies by restaurants. The maximum number of persons allowed to be seated together at one (1) table and the opening hours for dine-in are subject to regulations imposed by the Hong Kong SAR Government during the Promotion Period. The Restaurants may be closed during the Promotion Period and Eligible Cardmembers are advised to check with the individual restaurant before arrival.
9. Unless otherwise specified, beverages and condiments charges (if any) and the10% service charge applies and will be calculated based on the original price of the item.
10. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business.
11. Unless otherwise specified, Dining Offer and Premium Special Dining Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and/or promotions.
12. Dining Offer and Premium Special Dining Offer cannot be used to redeemed for cash, or sold or exchanged for any other products or service.

14. American Express acts solely as a payment provider. 2. Year-round offers
a. During the promotional period, you can enjoy dining or shopping offers of up to 10% off at Participating Merchants with your Eligible Credit Card.
3. Birthday offers:
a. You can enjoy birthday offers once during your birthday month. You are required to state the offer redemption in advance and pay for the transaction conducted at the selected hotels/restaurants with the designated Eligible Credit Card in order to enjoy the birthday offers.
How can you enjoy the offer
4. You can enjoy the offer during the promotional period if you:
a. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing;
b. make a three-day advance reservation to enjoy the birthday offers (unless otherwise specified). Please check with the Participating Merchants for details; and
c. to enjoy the birthday offers, Participating Merchants may ask you to present proof of identity for birthday month verification. Any collection of such personal data will be in accordance with the Participating Merchant's terms and conditions.
