How can you enjoy the offer
4. You can enjoy the offer during the promotional period if you:
a. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing;
b. make a three-day advance reservation to enjoy the birthday offers (unless otherwise specified). Please check with the Participating Merchants for details; and
c. to enjoy the birthday offers, Participating Merchants may ask you to present proof of identity for birthday month verification. Any collection of such personal data will be in accordance with the Participating Merchant's terms and conditions. We accept no liability in respect of the Participating Merchant's collection of the personal data.
5. You cannot:
a. transfer the offer or exchange it for cash or other products, services or discounts; and

Terms and Conditions of Year-round Offers 2023 (the "Promotion"):
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders ("Cardholders") are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including Standard Chartered credit card and its co-branded card, MANHATTAN credit card and its co-branded card, and/or Standard Chartered Multi-Currency Mastercard Debit Card, if applicable ("Eligible Cards").

If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Reward.
10. The Reward entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
11. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Reward from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
12. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
13. 4. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or other discounts and are not transferable (unless specified). The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges.
5. Cardholders understand and accept that all photos, details, availability and descriptions of all products/services are provided by the Participating Merchants are for reference only. The Bank has no responsibility whatsoever. All liabilities in relation to such products and/or services (including but not limited to the quality and supply) are solely borne by the Participating Merchants.
6. The Bank and the Participating Merchants reserve the rights to amend any terms and conditions, change or terminate the offers without prior notice. The Bank and the Participating Merchants accept no liability for any changes or termination of the offers, any changes or termination of the promotion. If any time of the Participating Merchants closed down during the Promotional Period, the offers will be terminated without prior notice.
7. In case of disputes, the Bank and Participating Merchants reserve the rights for final decision.
8. No person other than the Cardholders, the Bank and Participating Merchants will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any terms under these Terms and Conditions.
9. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
10. The Bank will only provides the digital version of the promotion terms and conditions, please download and save the relevant information for future reference if needed. Please be reminded that you may not be able to review or download the relevant information after the promotion period. Should you find such arrangement not acceptable or have any queries, please contact the Bank for assistance.
Year Round Merchant Offers Terms and Conditions
1. This merchant offers program is only applicable to customers (each a “Cardholder”) holding credit card(s) issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) and other credit cards as designated by the Bank from time to time (“Eligible Credit Card”), both principal and supplementary cards inclusive, but it is not applicable to the Bank of Communications Pacific Internet card and gift card.
2. In order to enjoy The Offers, Cardholder must indicate to settle payment by Eligible Credit Card prior to purchase / placement of order / reservation / settlement of payment and thereafter settle payment by Eligible Credit Card.
3. Advance booking is required for specific offers, including but not limited to beauty treatment, health check, dining and accommodation offers.
4. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, coupons, discount, special-priced items, fixed price items, member-priced items, whole sale priced items, VIP offers, birthday offers or any other forms of offers unless otherwise specified.
