Terms & Conditions:
Floristry by Art of Living X Mastercard Promotional Offers are only applicable to a cardholder holding a valid Mastercard card (“Eligible Mastercard card”). A cardholder holding a valid Eligible Mastercard card who is also Floristry by Art of Living customer shall be referred to as the “Cardholder” below. An “Eligible Transaction” occurs when a Cardholder uses their Eligible Mastercard card to pay for all relevant fares and fees associated with Floristry by Art of Living X Mastercard’s Campaign.
Earning Offers upon Settling Fares with Mastercard card (The “Offers”)

1. Promotion period: From 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. (both dates inclusive and based on transaction date).
2. If the payment is not settled by Mastercard card, the offer will be forfeited.
3. Only one offer can be used per Eligible Transaction.
4. Floristry by Art of Living and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall hold no liability whatsoever for any disputes arising from and/or associated with a Cardholder’s use of this Offer.
5. The complimentary gift under this Offer is subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by Floristry by Art of Living.
6. The Offers above cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products, or discounts.
7. Floristry by Art of Living and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to vary or terminate the Offer without prior notice. A Cardholder’s use of services provided by Floristry by Art of Living after the update to these Terms and Conditions indicates their agreement to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
8. In the event of disputes, the decision of Floristry by Art of Living and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final and binding.
9. The Offers are only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Mastercard accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant promotion period.
10. Any fraud and/or abuse committed by any person, as determined by Floristry by Art of Living and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited at their sole discretion, in relation to the Offer will result in the forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. Floristry by Art of Living and Mastercard
Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately from any account in which the redeemed Offer is stored without prior notice and/or take legal actions in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
11. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
