Terms and Conditions of Special 10% off upon any purchase on online shop or phone orders:
1. The offer of special 10% off upon any purchase on online shop or phone orders (“Exclusive Offer”) is only applicable to the Cardholders (including principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders) of Fubon Visa Infinite Card.
2. Promotion period is from today to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. Orders will have to be placed 3 business days in advance.
4. Delivery time will be subject to merchant’s arrangement
5. Payment should be made with Fubon Visa Infinite Card by the customers.
6. All orders will be confirmed only upon the receipt of full payment. In case of any dispute relating to the orders, including but not limited to delivery, cancellation, amendment etc., customer should check with merchant direct.
7. The Exclusive Offer is not applicable to delivery charge.
8. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) is not the service provider of the Merchant Offer and the Offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the services or information provided by the service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant service provider.
9. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
10. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, any person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of these terms and conditions.
