1. The following Offer (“Offer ”) is valid from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- Enjoy double Mira Place membership bonus points (HK$1 = 2 points) upon spending a net amount of HK$100 or above in a single transaction at designated Mira Place Food & Beverage Merchants with eligible American Express Card. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Triple Bonus Point Rewards of birthday members. The Offer does not apply to shops under Retail food / Wine / Lifestyle Department Stores category.
2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. 5. To earn Mira Place membership bonus points, Eligible Cardmembers could register Mira Place membership bonus points with valid receipts within 30 days from the transaction date by:
- Presenting a same-day machine-printed/ handwritten receipt and matching electronic payment sales slip to Concierge, Mira Place 1, G/F; or
- Uploading the machine-printed/ handwritten receipt and matching electronic payment sales slip through the “Upload Receipt” function of Mira Place App ( https://www.miraplace.com.hk/en/mira-place-membership/). Submission will be reviewed within 5 working days (Mira Place member should keep the original receipt and matching electronic slip in case of review). Upon approval, bonus points will be added to member’s account automatically and a confirmation will be sent to the member’s registered email address. Record of all successful registrations will be available in “My Account” on Mira Place App for member’s checking within 1 year.
6. Eligible Cardmembers are entitled to earn 2 Mira Place membership points for every HK$1 spent at designated Mira Place Food & Beverage Merchants, spending on decimals will be rounded off the nearest dollars. A maximum of 30,000 bonus points can be rewarded per transaction date for Mira Green member and 50,000 bonus point can be rewarded per transaction date for Mira Pine member.
7. Eligible Cardmembers must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name and transaction date for verification purposes. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmember name and Mira Place Member name must be same.
8. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/credit card rebates; for cash instalment/ deposits, only amount settled on the date of transaction counts. If the member subsequently cancels a purchase, points earned from eligible spending for that particular purchase will also be cancelled. Reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, receipts of cash coupon or voucher purchase, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
9. Receipts of membership card fee, membership payments, tickets (including but not limited to concert tickets), purchases or transactions at banks, tuition, Gold Saving Club, insurance, broker fees, package tours, medical services, cosmetic services, currency exchange, parking fees, accommodation or conference room rental at The Mira Hong Kong, rental of exhibition venue or promotional venue at the mall, banquets (bookings of 5 tables or above) are not accepted.
10. Receipts from merchants of Mira Place Tower A are not included in Bonus Points redemption.
11. Receipts of any purchases or transaction through email or phone orders; online shopping, mobile APP; Mira e-Shop are not accepted, unless otherwise specified.
12. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
13. Mira Place is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Voucher can be used in the next visit only.
16. Splitting or combining bills is not allowed to use the HK$100 Voucher.
