Free visit of Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge for 5 times per year (effective from the date of card issuance)
- Principal Cardholder can keep on visiting the VIP Lounge at a privileged price after 5 times free visit
- Companion and Supplementary Cardholder can also visit the VIP Lounge at a privileged price together with the Principal Cardholder. All related charges will be settled by the Principal Card
The VIP lounges and the redemption of Fortune Wings Club are bound by relevant terms and conditions set by ICBC (Asia) and Hong Kong Airline.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the offers (“the offers”) are valid from 1 January to 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, all promotional offers are applicable to credit card(s) (the “ICBC Card”) issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (collectively the “Bank”).
3. Cardholder is required to settle payment with ICBC Card to enjoy the offers. The offers are applicable to holders of ICBC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card only at outlets accepting it for payment.
4. The offers are only applicable at specific outlets and available while stocks last. Please check with respective merchants for details.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, exchanged for cash, other products and services or discounts and are not transferable.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the offers are applicable to regular-price items only and are not applicable to discounted set, fixed price items, cigarettes/cigars, bottled wine, tea and condiments/ beverages, service charges, private functions, meetings/conference, banquets, catering services, room service, takeaway menu, ticket sales events, coupons/cash vouchers, complimentary valet parking, VIP/private rooms.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the dining offers are not valid on public holidays, even of public holidays, festive days, eve of festive days, days with an open firework display. Please check with respective merchants for details.
8. All photos, products information and prices are for reference only.
9. The Bank is not the supplier of the products / food/ services, and has no liability for any matters relating to any products/ food/ services. The use of the products/ food/ services shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions set by the merchant. ICBC Card cardholder should contact the related merchants directly if there is any complain or dispute.
10. ICBC Card cardholder will not be notified separately for any changes on the price of the products/ food/ services, offers, merchant address or telephone number. The relevant offers shall be terminated immediately if the relevant merchant(s) has/ have ceased or close down the business.
11. The Bank reserves the right to vary or terminate the offers at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank and the merchant shall be final.
13. Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
14. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Free access to Club Autus at Hong Kong International Airport five times every year with your travel companions, and enjoy the following privileges:

Based on the calendar year, i.e. Cardmembers are entitled to lounge access 5 times between January 1 and December 31 each year. The access number for Fly Away Credit Cardmembers and their flying companions will be calculated accumulatively.
Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Airlines Fly Away Credit Card Free Access to Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge (the “Programme”):
1. This Programme — This Programme is only available for CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Airlines Fly Away Credit Card (“Fly Away Credit Card”, “Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“we” or “Bank”) and is available only to the principal cardmember of the Cards (“Cardmember(s)”, “Principal”, “Principal Cardmember(s)”, “you”, or “your”).
2. Eligibility and Fees —
a) Each Principal Cardmember can enjoy complimentary access to the Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge in Hong Kong International Airport (“Lounge”) service (“Service”) 5 times per calendar year (“Quota”). A Quota will be deducted per person per visit of the Lounge. Visits by Fly Away Credit Card supplementary Cardmembers (“Supplementary Cardmember(s)”) and travel companion will be counted as the Principal Cardmember’s Quota; and if the total number of visits exceeded the access Quota, the Principal Cardmember shall pay Lounge entrance fee (“Lounge Entrance Fee”) published by Hong Kong Airlines Limited (“Hong Kong Airlines” or “Supplier” ) for each additional access with Supplementary Cardmember and travel companion to enjoy the Lounge service. The entrance fee shall be debited from the Cardmember's Fly Away Credit Card account directly without prior notice.
b) The same day and same flight of Hong Kong Airlines boarding pass must be presented by the Principal, Supplementary Cardmembers and travel companion to enjoy the access to the Lounge and Boarding pass with code sharing flight is not eligible.
c) The participating Lounges may subject to change from time to time without prior notice. Visit www.hongkongairlines.com for the most up to date lounge information.
d) Lounge Entrance Fee will be paid to Hong Kong Airlines, and Lounge entrance record will be provided by Hong Kong Airlines. For Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge entrance fee, please contact Hong Kong Airlines. For enquiries on Lounge visit Quota, please contact with the Bank.
e) Facilities with additional charges (where applicable) vary from lounge to lounge and are provided at the Lounge operator's discretion. Charges (where applicable) are at the discretion of each Lounge operator and the Cardmember is responsible for paying these direct to the Lounge staff.
3. Use of Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge — Principal and supplementary Cardmembers must present Fly Away Credit Card in order to use the airport Lounge.
4. Disclaimers — The validity and use under the Programme shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by Supplier, please visit www.hongkongairlines.com for details. We shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier or agent of the Supplier. We will not indemnify the injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property arising out of the use of any airport lounge by the Cardmember or any guests or any person in said lounge at the behest of the Cardmember.
5. Right to vary — We reserve the right to vary the Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Programme, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
6. Final decision — We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Programme, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardmember's participation in the Programme howsoever suffered or incurred.
7. English version prevails — In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions for Dining Offers:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid till December 31, 2022.
2. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited shall have no liability in any respect.
3. Cardmembers have to indicate their intention to enjoy the offers at the time of reservation and before ordering.
4. 10% service charge and charges for tea & condiments (if applicable) shall be counted based on original price.
5. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion, discounts or promotional coupons, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the offers are not applicable to public holidays/festive days and eve as specified by the merchant, banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meals, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service, take-away, or dates designated by the merchants, and are applicable to dine-in and Hong Kong outlets only.
7. The relevant offers shall be terminated immediately if the relevant merchant(s) or its outlets are not open for business.

Terms and Conditions for Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid till December 31, 2022.
2. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only available for the credit card(s) (“Card”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“Bank”) (except Business Card) and is available to cardmembers of the Cards (“Cardmember(s)”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material (“Promotion Period”). For CCB (Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cardmembers the offer is only available at merchants accepting UnionPay Dual Currency credit card for payment.
3. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with the Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
5. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
6. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
7. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
8. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time.
9. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
10. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
