Offer Terms & Conditions:
1. Offers are valid at Clé de Peau Beauté designated concept stores in Hong Kong from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Offers are available to Basic and Supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period.
3. Purchase must be charged in full with an Eligible American Express Card within the Promotion Period to participate in these Offers.
4. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to enjoy the Offers once.
5. Advance reservation is required for the Radiant Skin Activating service.
6. Eligible Cardmembers need to show their eligible American Express Card to enjoy the treatment.
7. Offers are available while stocks last. In case the listing complimentary gift is out of stock, the gift will be replaced with another item without prior notice at Clé de Peau Beauté discretion (Eligible Cardmembers
shall not dispute the choice of replaced item). One complimentary gift per Cardmember only.
8. Eligible Cardmembers who are participating in this program agree that any products acquired from this program shall be non-resalable to other 3rd parties, and Shiseido Hong Kong Limited (“Clé de Peau Beauté”) reserves all rights for this breach.
9. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
10. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
11. The Clé de Peau Beauté is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. American Express and Clé de Peau Beauté reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
14. In case of dispute, the decision of American Express and Clé de Peau Beauté reserve the right of final decision.
