9. The above Discount Offer and Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer are collectively referred to herein as "Movie Privileges", and they cannot be used in conjunction.
10. Movie Privileges are only applicable to purchase of movie tickets at ticket counters of Broadway Circuit or through participating cinemas’ websites. Movie Privileges are not applicable to tickets purchased through cinema hotlines.
11. A handling fee will be charged by Cinema.com.hk Ltd. on bookings via websites of Broadway Circuit. Movie Privileges exclude the handling fee, which is to be borne by Cardmembers.
12. Movie Privileges are subject to a maximum of 8 tickets per day.
13. Movie Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
14. Movie Privileges are not applicable to films which are subject to special arrangements with film distributors. Cardmembers are advised to check with the respective cinemas on the validity of Movie Privileges before booking.
15. If American Express and Edko Films Ltd. (“Edko Films”) become aware, or have reason to suspect (in reasonable opinion of American Express and Edko Films), that a Cardmember :
(a) made multiple bookings with a view to re-selling any movie ticket; or
(b) is otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of these Movie Privileges, American Express and Edko Films may, in their absolute discretion, cancel or decline all of the bookings made by the Cardmember without giving any reason thereon.

17. American Express and Edko Films reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Edko Films shall be final.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
