American Express x S&S Hospitality Limited Dining Offer Terms and Conditions
1. “American Express x S&S Hospitality Dining Offer” is only applicable for Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Centurion® Card and The Platinum Card® issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”).
2. Promotion Period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who settle the full payment with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy 30% savings on food and beverages from the à la carte menu for all day dine- in consumption (“Offer”) at the designated participating restaurants of S&S Hospitality Limited (“Participating Restaurants”) (see the list in Clause 5).
4. Blackout dates apply. Please refer to below for the corresponding blackout dates of the Participating Restaurants: January 1, 29 to 31, February 14, April 4, 18 to 21, May 1, 5, 11, 31, June 15, July 1, October 1, 7, 29, 31, December 24 to 26, 31, 2025, and any Fireworks Nights.

6. The Offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 persons per visit, inclusive of the Eligible Cardmember. Special table arrangement, splitting of table and/or bill is not allowed for the purposes of enjoying the Offer. Children aged six (6) years or above will be considered as one (1) person for the purposes of the Offer.
7. Offer is excluded to all festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, set-menus, charge for tea condiments, discounted food/beverage items, corkage feel cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, weddings, catering services, deliveries, takeaways, cash vouchers.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and vouchers, including but not limited to S&S Elite Club Gems and Asia Miles.
9. A 10% service charge applies and will be calculated based on the original price.
10. Alcoholic drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.
11. Participating Restaurants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. American Express and Participating Restaurants reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Participating Restaurants shall be final.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
