Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 30% savings on the a la carte food and beverages menu for all day dine-in consumption at Participating Restaurants of S&S Hospitality Limited (“Offer”).
2. Offer is valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Offer Period").
3. During the Offer Period, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with The Platinum Card® or American Express® Peninsula Platinum Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card") to enjoy the Offer. Offer is applicable to Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers (“Eligible Cardmembers”).

5. Blackout dates apply. Please refer to below for corresponding blackout dates in 2024 of Participating Restaurants of S&S Hospitality Limited:
- Fireworks Nights: February 11, 2024; July 1, 2024 & other applicable nights
- Valentine's Day: February 14, 2024
- Mother's Day: May 12, 2024
- Father's Day: June 16, 2024
- Halloween: October 31, 2024
- Christmas Eve & Christmas: December 24-25, 2024
- New Year's Eve: December 31, 2024
6. Offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 persons per visit, inclusive of Eligible Cardmember. Special table arrangement, splitting of table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.
7. Offer is applicable to food and beverage items in à la carte menu for dine-in consumption only, excluding all festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, set-menus, charge for tea condiments, discounted food/beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, weddings, catering services, deliveries, takeaways. Please check with the respective Participating Restaurants for details.
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and vouchers.
9. 10% service charge apply and will be calculated based on original price.
10. Children aged six (6) years or above will be considered as one (1) person.
11. Alcohol drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.
12. S&S Hospitality Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. American Express and S&S Hospitality Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
16. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and S&S Hospitality Limited shall be final.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
