1. The promotion period is from 1 April 2025 until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Cardholders can enjoy a 5% discount per a single transaction with Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card at Assure Medical Imaging (“Assure”) during the entire Promotion Period (“Promotion Offer”) subject to the terms and conditions specified.
3. Promotional Offer at Assure is applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”).
4. To be eligible for the Promotional Offer, customers are required to present a valid doctor’s referral letter at the time of service.
5. To enjoy the Promotional Offer, customers must present and settle payment with Fubon Credit Card at Assure.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, services or benefits and are not transferable.
7. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon Bank”) is not the product supplier or service provider and Fubon Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services, or benefits. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.

10. Fubon Bank and Assure reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotional Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Fubon Bank and Assure shall be final and conclusive.
11. No person other than the eligible cardholders, Fubon Bank and Assure will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
13. In the event of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
