1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Card(“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Asiana Airlines Inc. (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid from now to June 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Flights can be booked for departure from now to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book flight ticket(s) with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) through the Merchant official website https://flyasiana.com/C/HK/ZH/index and https://flyasiana.com/C/HK/EN/index or its Mobile App (“Merchant Platform”) for Business Class and enter the promo code "CITI25BIZ" (“Promo Code”), for Economy Class enter the promo code "CITI25EY" prior to proceeding with payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 10% off per booking (“Offer”).
4. For payments made without Eligible Cards, Merchant will charge a fare difference and reissue fee, if applicable, at the departure airport check-in counter on the day of departure.
5. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
6. The Offer is only appliable to the flight ticket booking(s) issued in Hong Kong and originate from Hong Kong (HKG) to Seoul (ICN), one-way and round trip Business/Economy Class only.
7. The Offer is appliable for a maximum of 9 travelers per booking.
8. The Offer is only to the flight ticket booking(s) through the Merchant Platform and by entering the Promo Code at the promo code field. Any request to apply the Promo Code after checkout is not accepted.
9. The discount amount of the Offer will vary up to ± 9 HKD based on the IATA's international exchange rate.
10. Please contact Asiana Airlines Ticketing and Reservation center by 852-2523-8585 (09:00~12:00 ; 13:30~18:00 HKT, Monday to Friday) for details about the use of the Offer.
11. The Offer cannot be used on open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package, redemption ticket, codeshare flights and other channels.
12. Ticket validity, rebooking and cancellation fee: differ according to cabin class and fare category.
13. The Offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
14. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified).
15. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
16. The fares detailed in this Offer are subject to limited availability and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
17. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
18. Availability of the Promo Code is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
19. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
20. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
21. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
22. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the rights to amend or cancel the offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
23. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the rights for final decision.
24. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
