1. The promotion period is from now to August 18, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Offers at AMAH (the “Merchant”) is 5% off of Pet Health Screening Programmes (the “Offer”).
2. The promotion is only offered at designated center located in Shop No. 12-17, G/F Harbour Crystal Center, 100 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon.
3. Customer must be a new customer of AMAH.
4. Customer must provide promo code T1369 to make a booking in advance via (852) 6450 0900 or designated online registration form and indicate the use of the offer when making an appointment
5. Customers shall present their Citi credit card upon arrival at the Hospital to enjoy the Offer.
6. Each Customer can only enjoy the Offer (for one person only) once during the Promotion Period.
7. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant before receiving the treatment.
8. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Treatment Offer without further notice.
9. In case of any dispute in respect of the Treatment Offer, the Merchant has the final decision.
10. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
General Terms & Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 1 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive).

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards") ("Cardholders").
