LIMOUSINE AIRPORT / TERMINAL TRANSFER SERVICE (“SERVICE”)
1. The Service is available to the Principal Cardholder at a rate quoted at the time of booking for persons travelling to/from any Hong Kong addresses (except at outlying islands) and the following designated points of entry/departure:
a. Hong Kong International Airport
b. Macau Ferry Terminal
c. China Ferry Terminal
d. Kai Tak Cruise Terminal
e. Hunghom Railway Station
f. Hong Kong West Kowloon Station
2. The Principal Cardholder shall be entitled to call VOYAGE Exchange (provided by Concierge) to book the Service. The Principal Cardholder must book the one-way service by calling VOYAGE Exchange at least 24 hours in advance before the anticipated pick-up time at any Hong Kong addresses or the anticipated time of arrival at the above designated point of entry, as the case may be. The VOYAGE Exchange Hotline managed by Concierge is 852 3108 2128 or such other number as may be notified by the Bank. Notification will be sent to the Principal Cardholder once the Service booking is confirmed.
3. The vehicle used for the Service will be a 4-seater Mercedes or similar class subject to availability. Maximum number of passengers per trip is 4 persons.
4. Excess charges incurred on the Service (if any), must be paid by the Principal Cardholder and charged to his/her Card.
5. Changes or cancellations to Service booking must be communicated to VOYAGE Exchange (provided by Concierge) at least 12 hours prior to the Principal Cardholder’s anticipated pick-up time. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the anticipated pick-up time) and no shows will be charged to the Principal Cardholder per booking at a rate to be provided from time to time.
6. Waiting time surcharges, extra stop services charges and midnight surcharges shall be paid by the Principal Cardholder and charged to his/her Card. Please refer to the charging rate as quoted by VOYAGE Exchange (provided by Concierge) at the time of your booking.
7. One complimentary one-way Service will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder on a yearly basis upon his/her full payment of the non-refundable annual membership fee of the Principal Card charged to his/her Card. This complimentary one-way Service is valid for six months from the date of award (the “validity period”) and can only be utilized at any time within the validity period. For the avoidance of doubt, if other charges are incurred in connection with this complimentary one-way Service (including, without limitation, any midnight surcharges and extra stop service charges), the Principal Cardholder will continue to be liable for such charges. This complimentary one-way Service is non-cumulative and will lapse if not utilized by the Principal Cardholder within the validity period. Notification will be sent to the Principal Cardholder informing him/her of the award when the Principal Cardholder is eligible for the award. Once this complimentary one-way Service is utilized, full basic fee will be charged to his/her Card account accordingly, and such basic fee will be refunded to his/her Card account if the conditions for utilization are satisfied. The Bank shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether the Principal Cardholder is entitled to the award or whether the refund is to be made if there is any dispute between the Bank and the Principal Cardholder.
GENERAL
1. The benefits made available to the Cardholder pursuant to these Terms and Conditions are not exchangeable or refundable for cash or credit or in kind.
2. The Bank shall have the right to use agents, contractors or correspondents or any other third party as it deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion to administer and/or implement the Program and the Bank shall not be liable to any person for any act, omission, neglect, misconduct or fraud on the part of such agents, contractors, correspondents or third parties.
3. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Program at any time without notice. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to the Program shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Cardholder, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person to participate in the Program.
4. The Bank may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions by giving 30 days’ notice to the Cardholder. The Cardholder is deemed to accept and is bound by such variations, additions, deletions, amendments and/or modifications if the Cardholder does not terminate the use of the Card.
5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Program or the Cardholder Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
6. The Bank assumes no responsibility for any of the contents found on third party websites referred to in these Terms and Conditions, and shall not be held responsible or liable to the Cardholder for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of or reliance on any content, products or services available on such websites. The Bank does not have control of such websites and the reference to any such websites in these Terms and Conditions does not mean that the Bank endorses the material on such websites or has any association with the owner thereof.
7. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap.623) (as amended from time to time) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and the Cardholder irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
9. In these Terms and Conditions, unless a contrary indication appears, words importing the plural include the singular and vice versa, and words importing a gender include every gender.
10. In the event of any discrepancy arises between the English and Chinese versions of this leaflet, the English version shall prevail.

When can you enjoy the offer
1. The promotional period for the offer is from 1 January to 31 December 2023.
What is the offer
2. During the promotional period, use your Eligible Credit Card to make two single Eligible Transactions each with a Net Spending Amount of HK$800 or above to enjoy the airport Limousine Service provided by the Service Provider at a rate of HK$250 per ride of up to two rides per month. This promotion is subject to 1,000 quotas per month, available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last, reservation is required.
How can you enjoy the offer
3. You can enjoy the offer during the promotional period if you:
a. make reservation(s) for the Limousine Service under your full name, Eligible Credit Card number (as shown on your Eligible Credit Card), contact phone number and travel details by filling in the e-booking form under the Service Provider's designated website (https://eform.dchml.com.hk/OnlineLimousineForm/CreditCardInfo) and upload together with the proof of Eligible Transactions within 30 days from the dates of the Eligible Transactions;
b. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing; and
c. pay with an Eligible Credit Card.
4. You cannot:
a. exchange the offer for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer; and
b. use the offer in conjunction with any other coupons, discounts, promotional offers, staff discount and membership offer.
Read before you enjoy the offer
5. The Limousine Service charge and surcharge (if any) will be billed to the Eligible Credit Card by the Service Provider directly.
6. The Limousine Service reservation must be made at least 3 working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance and the offer must be utilised on or before 7 January 2024. Black-out dates may apply during local holidays and special events. You are advised to check the details with the Service Provider.
7. For the Limousine Service conducted in Hong Kong, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Full payment will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance and for any no-show and/or amendment of reservation made with less than 8 hours in advance. For the Limousine Service conducted outside Hong Kong, amendment or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Full payment of all fees will be charged for any no-show, and/or cancellation or amendment of reservation made with less than 48 hours in advance.
8. You will be charged HK$100 each by the Service Provider for any late night Limousine Service between 00:01 to 06:00 conducted in Hong Kong. For the Limousine Service conducted outside Hong Kong between 23:00 to 07:00 (depends on the Limousine Service location), late night Limousine Service surcharge will be range from HK$60 to HK$400 for each ride. You will be advised by the Service Provider on the amount of surcharge upon reservation of the Limousine Service.
9. No reservation would be processed without the receipts proof of the Eligible Transactions. You will not be entitled to the offer if you fail to provide such receipts and will be charged at the normal rate of HK$850 per ride for the Limousine Service. The receipts used for the redemption of the offer cannot be used repeatedly for redemption of the offer under this promotion.
10. Based on safety reasons and/or bad weather situation, the Service Provider has sole discretion to suspend or refuse the Limousine Service or reservation without any responsibility for any loss for passengers. Situation will include but not limiting to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user, stowage of overload/oversized/irregular luggage items.
11. All information, descriptions and prices are provided by the Service Provider and are for reference only. We accept no liability in respect of the quality of the goods and services provided by the Service Provider. You are advised to check the details and related terms and conditions with the Service Provider.
12. The offer under this promotion is subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Service Provider. We and the Service Provider can change or cancel the offer or amend the terms and conditions. What these terms mean
17. "Eligible Credit Card" means HSBC Premier Mastercard® Credit Card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
18. "Eligible Transactions" are purchases made with an Eligible Credit Card with a minimum Net Spending Amount of HK$800 (or its equivalent) or above during the promotional period. These are not Eligible Transactions:
- Finance and bank charges: annual fees, finance charges, late charges;
- Transactions without original credit card sales slips/printed merchant receipts or official payment records;
- mail, fax and telephone orders;
- bill payments settled via HSBC Mobile Banking and/or Internet Banking;
- purchase and/or reload of stored value cards (including Octopus top-up transactions via e-wallets or any other means);
- transaction (including top-up transaction) made via e-wallets;
- Octopus automatic add-value services transactions;
- redemption transactions under ‘RewardCash e-shop’ and other programmes;
- cash advance or withdrawal under the Cash Instalment Plan or Cash Credit Plan;

19. "Net Spending Amount" means the final transaction amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card after all applicable discounts, reductions and use of vouchers/gift cards.
20. Service Provider means Dah Chong Hong (Motor Leasing) Limited in Hong Kong.
21. Limousine Service" means airport limousine service that includes a single ride of limousine pick-up to/from one of the Designated Airports to/from the city center of the local destinations with the whole transfer to be completed within 50 kilometers (except for Singapore). For Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, each single-way transfer is also required to be completed within 2 hours. The local destinations must be accessible by road, within city center area only, excluding areas which represent conditions such as to make the Limousine Service impossible, reasonably impracticable or unsafe. Shall the transfer exceed the total Limousine Service distance and/or the total Limousine Service hours (for Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou), additional surcharge will be levied. The surcharges may vary depending on the Limousine Service location and will be advised upon Limousine Service reservation. The Limousine Service includes the driver service, luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls. Each ride is restricted to one pick-up point and one drop-off point only and direct to/from the designated airport and city center. The travelling route is subject to the discretion of the Service Provider. Request for en-route stopover will not be entertained.
22. Airport Transfer Limousine Service Terms and Conditions:
1. Airport Transfer Limousine Service applies only to BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard.
2. The principal cardholder and his/her related supplementary cardholders are entitled to use the limousine service at the preferential price of HK$350 per trip per vehicle for the first 6 trips in a calendar year (based on the actual appointment date). From the 7th trip onwards, the regular price of HK$800 per trip per vehicle will be charged. Calculation of the number of trips made by each principal cardholder and his/her supplementary cardholders will be combined.
3. The service fee is inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, and tunnel and bridge tolls (if any).
4. The service fee will be debited to the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard by The Bank of East Asia, Ltd (“BEA”) between 9th and 15th of the next calendar month and will appear on the related statement.

6. Each cardholder can only reserve 1 vehicle per trip.
7. The service applies to the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (4-seater) or Toyota Alphard Deluxe Van (6-seater), according to the selection of the cardholder, and is subject to availability. ALS reserves the right to replace the cardholder’s chosen vehicle with one of a similar grade when necessary.
8. The cardholder must be one of the passengers, and present the registered BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard and sign the confirmation slip when boarding the limousine. Otherwise, the regular price (please refer to Terms and Conditions, clause 2) per vehicle per trip shall be charged to the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard.
9. Surcharges (if applicable) will be debited to the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard by ALS between 9th and 15th of the next calendar month and will appear on the related statement:
a) A midnight surcharge of HK$200 per trip per vehicle will be applied for using services between 00:00 and 06:59.
b) An extra HK$250 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to the destination.
c) The cardholder is allowed to amend or cancel the reservation by sending an email notice to ALS 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, an amendment/cancellation fee of HK$400 will be charged.
d) No-shows will be charged HK$880.
e) For departures, if the waiting period exceeds 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, a waiting charge of HK$150 will be charged for every 15 minutes.
f) For arrivals, if the waiting period exceeds 1 hour of the actual arrival time, a waiting charge of HK$150 will be charged for every 15 minutes.
g) An extra HK$200 will be charged for the personal meet and greet service at the Airport Arrival Hall B.

3. 10. The offers are applicable to regular-priced items/ services only and are not applicable to fixed-priced, special-priced, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/ services (unless otherwise specified).

The offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons, cake coupons or membership benefits/ VIP cards/ VIP bonus point programs of the merchants (unless otherwise specified).
12. Promotional/ redemption/ gift items are only available while stock lasts for selected offers. Each customer may enjoy such offer once only.

18. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and the respective merchants shall be final.
19. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
21. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
22. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
