When can you enjoy the offer
1. The promotional period for the offer is from 1 January to 31 December 2024.
What is the offer
2. During the promotional period, use your Eligible Credit Card to make two single Eligible Transactions each with a Net Spending Amount of HK$800 or above to enjoy the airport Limousine Service provided by the Service Provider at a rate of HK$250 per ride of up to two rides per month. This promotion is subject to 800 quotas per month, available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last, reservation is required.
How can you enjoy the offer
3. You can enjoy the offer during the promotional period if you:
a. make reservation(s) for the Limousine Service under your full name, Eligible Credit Card number (as shown on your Eligible Credit Card), contact phone number and travel details by filling in the e-booking form under the Service Provider's designated website (https://eform.dchml.com.hk/OnlineLimousineForm/CreditCardInfo) and upload together with the proof of Eligible Transactions within 30 days from the dates of the Eligible Transactions;
b. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing; and
c. pay with an Eligible Credit Card.
4. You cannot:
a. exchange the offer for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer; and
b. use the offer in conjunction with any other coupons, discounts, promotional offers, staff discount and membership offer.
Read before you enjoy the offer
5. The Limousine Service charge and surcharge (if any) will be billed to the Eligible Credit Card by the Service Provider directly.
6. The Limousine Service reservation must be made at least 3 working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance and the offer must be utilised on or before 7 January 2025. Black-out dates may apply during local holidays and special events. You are advised to check the details with the Service Provider.
7. For the Limousine Service conducted in Hong Kong, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Full payment will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance and for any no-show and/or amendment of reservation made with less than 8 hours in advance. For the Limousine Service conducted outside Hong Kong, amendment or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Full payment of all fees will be charged for any no-show, and/or cancellation or amendment of reservation made with less than 48 hours in advance.
8. You will be charged HK$100 each by the Service Provider for any late night Limousine Service between 00:01 to 06:00 conducted in Hong Kong. For the Limousine Service conducted outside Hong Kong between 23:00 to 07:00 (depends on the Limousine Service location), late night Limousine Service surcharge will be range from HK$60 to HK$400 for each ride. You will be advised by the Service Provider on the amount of surcharge upon reservation of the Limousine Service.
9. No reservation would be processed without the receipts proof of the Eligible Transactions. You will not be entitled to the offer if you fail to provide such receipts and will be charged at the normal rate of HK$850 per ride for the Limousine Service. The receipts used for the redemption of the offer cannot be used repeatedly for redemption of the offer under this promotion.
10. Based on safety reasons and/or bad weather situation, the Service Provider has sole discretion to suspend or refuse the Limousine Service or reservation without any responsibility for any loss for passengers. Situation will include but not limiting to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user, stowage of overload/oversized/irregular luggage items.
11. All information, descriptions and prices are provided by the Service Provider and are for reference only. We accept no liability in respect of the quality of the goods and services provided by the Service Provider. You are advised to check the details and related terms and conditions with the Service Provider.
12. The offer under this promotion is subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Service Provider. We and the Service Provider can change or cancel the offer or amend the terms and conditions. What these terms mean
17. "Eligible Credit Card" means HSBC Premier Mastercard® Credit Card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
18. "Eligible Transactions" are purchases made with an Eligible Credit Card with a minimum Net Spending Amount of HK$800 (or its equivalent) or above during the promotional period. These are not Eligible Transactions:
- Finance and bank charges: annual fees, finance charges, late charges;
- Transactions without original credit card sales slips/printed merchant receipts or official payment records;
- mail, fax and telephone orders;
- bill payments settled via HSBC Mobile Banking and/or Internet Banking;
- purchase and/or reload of stored value cards (including Octopus top-up transactions via e-wallets or any other means);
- transaction (including top-up transaction) made via e-wallets;
- Octopus automatic add-value services transactions;
- redemption transactions under ‘RewardCash e-shop’ and other programmes;

19. "Net Spending Amount" means the final transaction amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card after all applicable discounts, reductions and use of vouchers/gift cards.
20. Service Provider means Dah Chong Hong (Motor Leasing) Limited in Hong Kong.
21. Limousine Service" means airport limousine service that includes a single ride of limousine pick-up to/from one of the Designated Airports to/from the city center of the local destinations with the whole transfer to be completed within 50 kilometers (except for Singapore). For Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, each single-way transfer is also required to be completed within 2 hours. The local destinations must be accessible by road, within city center area only, excluding areas which represent conditions such as to make the Limousine Service impossible, reasonably impracticable or unsafe. Shall the transfer exceed the total Limousine Service distance and/or the total Limousine Service hours (for Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou), additional surcharge will be levied. The surcharges may vary depending on the Limousine Service location and will be advised upon Limousine Service reservation. The Limousine Service includes the driver service, luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls. Each ride is restricted to one pick-up point and one drop-off point only and direct to/from the designated airport and city center. The travelling route is subject to the discretion of the Service Provider. Request for en-route stopover will not be entertained.
22. Airport Transfer Limousine Service Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion Period is from 1st January, 2024 to 30th June, 2024.
2. Airport Transfer Limousine Service applies only to BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard.
3. The principal cardholder and his/her related supplementary cardholders are entitled to use the limousine service at the preferential price of HK$600 per trip per vehicle for the first 6 trips in a calendar year. From the 7th trip onwards, the regular price of HK$1,000 per trip per vehicle will be charged (based on the submission date of booking form). Calculation of the number of trips made by each principal cardholder and his/her supplementary cardholders will be combined.
4. Only cardholders who has completed any spending with BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard in 2 months before the departure date will be eligible for the preferential price.
5. The service fee is inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, and tunnel and bridge tolls (if any).
6. The service fee will be debited to the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard by The Bank of East Asia, Ltd (“BEA”) between 9th and
15th of the next calendar month and will appear on the related statement.
7. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours but not more than 30 calendar days prior to the appointment date by online booking form, email to bea@airportlimousine.com.hk or by fax on 3152 2791. An email confirmation will be sent to the cardholder within 2 calendar days by Airport Limousine Services Ltd (“ALS”) upon receiving the completed BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard Airport Transfer Limousine Service Booking Form.
8. Each cardholder can only reserve 1 vehicle per trip.
9. The service applies to the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (4-seater) or Toyota Alphard Deluxe Van (6-seater), according to the selection of the cardholder, and is subject to availability. ALS reserves the right to replace the cardholder’s chosen vehicle with one of a similar grade when necessary.
10. The cardholder must be one of the passengers, and present the registered BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard and sign the confirmation slip when boarding the limousine. Otherwise, the regular price (please refer to Terms and Conditions, clause 2) per vehicle per trip shall be charged to the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard.
11. Surcharges (if applicable) will be debited to the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard by ALS between 9th and 15th of the next calendar month and will appear on the related statement:
a. A midnight surcharge of HK$200 per trip per vehicle will be applied for using services between 00:00 and 06:59.
b. An extra HK$250 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to the destination.
c. The cardholder is allowed to amend or cancel the reservation by sending an email notice to ALS 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, an amendment/cancellation fee of HK$400 will be charged.
d. No-shows will be charged HK$880.
e. For departures, if the waiting period exceeds 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, a waiting charge of HK$150 will be charged for every 15 minutes.
f. For arrivals, if the waiting period exceeds 1 hour of the actual arrival time, a waiting charge of HK$150 will be charged for every 15 minutes.
g. An extra HK$200 will be charged for the personal meet and greet service at the Airport Arrival Hall B.
h. A parking fee will be charged separately if parking is required at the pick up location. ALS reserves the right to vary the surcharges at any time without prior notice.
12. The luggage handling limit is subject to the capacity of the selected vehicle’s luggage compartment.
13. A luggage claim of up to HK$500 shall be provided by ALS for lost or damaged luggage.
14. Airport lounge service is provided by ALS. BEA makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by ALS. BEA shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by ALS.
15. No person other than the cardholder or BEA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Airport Limousine Transfer in Hong Kong:
1. The Service includes a single ride from/to the Hong Kong International Airport to/from a designated local destination that is accessible by road within Hong Kong only, excluding areas that represent conditions such as making the Service impossible, reasonably impracticable, or unsafe. The Service is inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel, and bridge tolls. A surcharge of HKD100 will be charged for each ride between 00:00 to 05:59. Each ride is restricted to one destination only. A surcharge of HKD100 will be charged for each extra stop en route to the final destination (a maximum of 1 extra stop). Any en-route stopover must be requested at the time of booking. Last-minute requests will not be entertained. Whether a stop is en-route or not is subject to the EGAL’s and Direct Supplier’s decision.
2. Any amendment to the scheduled pick-up time must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Booking amendments are only accepted within the same month of the scheduled trip; cross-month amendments are not permitted.
3. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, 100% of the original fee (HKD680) will be charged to the Cardholders. No show will be charged and is subject to full payment of the original fee (HKD680).
4. Vehicle model used for providing the Service is subject to availability. EGAL and Direct Supplier reserve the right to replace any vehicle when necessary. For specific vehicle type requests by Cardholder, an additional fee of HKD50 per trip will be charged.
5. For arrival and departure pick-up at the Cardholder’s designated time, the maximum waiting period shall be 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. Subject to Cardholder’s consent and Service vehicle’s operational availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 16th minute onwards for an additional fee of HKD200 per hour. Less than an hour will also be counted as one hour.
6. For arrival pick-up at the airport based on the flight’s Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), the maximum waiting period shall be 75 minutes from the flight landing time to the arrival of Cardholder at Airport Counter B01 or other location designated by EGAL or Direct Supplier, as the case may be. Subject to Cardholder’s consent and Service vehicle’s operational availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 76th minute onwards for an additional fee of HKD200 per hour. Less than an hour will also be counted as one hour.
7. For each meet & greet service at port / train and/or for extra service at airport / hotel, an additional HKD100 fee will be charged.
Airport Limousine Transfer from Hong Kong to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport:
1. Each ride is restricted to one pick-up or drop-off point only and shall be direct from Hong Kong to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, excluding areas that represent conditions such as making the Service impossible, reasonably impracticable, or unsafe. Such Service is subject to availability.
2. Any amendment to the scheduled pick-up time must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Booking amendments are only accepted within the same month of the scheduled trip; cross-month amendments are not permitted.
3. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, 100% of the original fee (HKD1,500) will be charged to the Cardholders. No show will be charged and is subject to full payment of the original fee (HKD1,500).
4. Other surcharges:
- HKD200 surcharge applies for pick-up/drop-off at Hong Kong Island and the Sai Kung area.
- HKD300 surcharge applies during the Chinese New Year period.
- HKD300 surcharge for requests of specific vehicle type.
- Late night service surcharge of HKD500 for transfers between 22:00 and 06:59.
- There is a 15-minute complimentary waiting time for pick-up.
Airport Limousine Transfer in Shanghai and Beijing:
1. Price includes one single-way local limousine transfer in Shanghai city areas to/from Shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao airport; or Beijing city areas to/from Beijing Capital International Airport with the whole transfer completed within 2 hours or 60 kilometers, excluding areas which represent conditions such as making the Service impossible, reasonably impracticable, or unsafe. Such Service is subject to availability.
2. Any amendment to the scheduled pick-up time must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Booking amendments are only accepted within the same month of the scheduled trip; cross-month amendments are not permitted.

6. Shall the transfer exceed 60 kilometers, an additional charge of RMB8 per kilometer will be levied, depending on the vehicle type.
7. Shall the transfer exceed 2 hours, an additional charge of RMB100 per hour will be levied, depending on the vehicle type. Less than an hour will also be counted as one hour.
8. Each ride is restricted to one stop only. A surcharge of RMB50 will be charged for each extra stop en route within the same city district; RMB100 for each extra stop en route at a different city district, to the final destination. Whether a stop is en-route or not is subject to EGAL’s and Direct Supplier’s discretion.
9. 14% surcharge from the original fee will be levied if the Cardholder requests a receipt for taxation purposes.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The retail spending period ("Spending Period") for enjoying Airport Limousine Transfer Service ("Service") is from 1 July 2023 to 23 April 2024, both dates inclusive. The usage period ("Usage Period") for the Service is from 21 September 2023 to 30 April 2024, both dates inclusive.
2. The Service applies to the UnionPay Diamond Prestige and Diamond credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who have achieved the target spending requirement. The credit cards shall be issued by UnionPay approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
3. Cardholders are required to have accumulated retail spending of HKD3,000 or above with no more than two single transactions ("Eligible Transaction(s)") within 30 days during Spending Period (HKD, MOP & CNY spending will be combined for Eligible Transaction amount calculation, every CNY1 or MOP1 spent will be calculated as HKD1) prior to making a reservation for the Service within Usage Period. Cardholders are eligible for the Service a maximum of one time in connection with every HKD3,000 of Eligible Transaction(s). Reservation must be made at least 5 business days and no earlier than 2 calendar months in advance. Cardholders must provide proof of Eligible Transactions at the time of reservation for the Service. No reservation shall be processed without proof of Eligible Transactions. Each transaction proof can only be used for one trip and is non-transferable to another trip once the reservation is confirmed.
4. Cardholders can enjoy the designated Service at an exclusive rate of HKD300 per trip and are required to settle the payment with Eligible Card.
5. Eligible Transaction does NOT include but is not limited to the following: split transaction, prepayment, deposit, cash advance, payment by installments, purchase of any cash coupon, gift voucher, prepaid, add-value service, insurance, utility payment, membership payment, any payment service, hospital / clinic payment, housing rental, P2P transfer, SVF wallet top-up, any unposted / canceled / refunded / fraudulent / unauthorized transaction and transaction without original credit card sales slip or printed merchant receipt.
6. Cardholders are required to provide full names and Eligible Card numbers as appearing on the Eligible Cards, the respective contact phone numbers, and the respective proof of Eligible Transaction (s) when making reservations with UnionPay Concierge, Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”). Reservations shall be made via phone or email. The Service is subject to a monthly quota, and availability, and is implemented on a first-come-first-served basis.
7. The Service is not transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
8. Cardholders understand and accept that Intercontinental Limousine Company Limited (“Intercontinental”), and any one or more other limousine service provider(s) designated by EGAL in its reasonable discretion, are the direct suppliers of the Service (“Direct Supplier(s)”).
9. The traveling route is subject to the discretion of EGAL and Direct Supplier(s).
10. Personal data of Cardholders may be collected by EGAL and Direct Supplier(s). The use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Direct Supplier(s). UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“UnionPay”) is not involved in any part of such data collection and usage.
11. Luggage must be safely secured in a closed trunk/luggage compartment for services to be rendered. Any booking which exceeds the maximum passenger and/or luggage capacity of the vehicle will not be accepted. As a general reference, the luggage capacity of a 4-seater sedan is 2 standard-size suitcases (22'' X 12'' X 30''), and a 6-seater MPV is a total of 4 standard-size suitcases.
12. The Eligible Card issuer (“Card Company”), UnionPay, and EGAL shall bear no liability relating to, or as a result of, any aspect of the Service, including (but not limited to) quality, supply, descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the Service Providers, any false trade descriptions, misrepresentations, misstatements, omissions, unauthorized representations, unfair trade practices, or conduct in connection with the promotion or provision of the Service by the Service Providers, their employees, officers, or agents.
13. The Card Company, UnionPay, and EGAL will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
14. Passengers who fail to comply with the local traffic regulations (e.g., illegal boarding on the vehicle / drop off at restricted zones) shall be liable for all penalties and legal liabilities caused to EGAL, Direct Supplier(s), respective drivers, and respective vehicle owners. Passengers shall keep the vehicles clean and tidy during the use of the vehicle.
15. EGAL and Direct Supplier(s) reserve the right to refuse the Service to any passenger who causes to disrupt the limousine operation or if there is any safety concern.
16. The Card Company, UnionPay, EGAL, and the Direct Supplier(s) shall not undertake any responsibility for any loss (including in relation to delays) owing to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EGAL and the Direct Supplier(s) including without limitation inclement weather, typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary political enforcement and rerouting. In any such events, EGAL shall have the sole discretion to suspend the Service without accepting any responsibility for any losses or damages.
17. All scheduled Services will be suspended under the following conditions: (1) Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory or other respective governing bodies, and (2) within 2 hours from the time Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is canceled.
18. Any injury or death caused by, or connected with in any form, any accident will be covered by the respective motor vehicle insurance policy of the Direct Supplier(s) under the local authorities. The Card Company, UnionPay, and EGAL will not assume any responsibility for any liability or damages as a result of Cardholders or any other person’s use of the Service.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
20. In case of any dispute, EGAL reserves the right to the final decision.
21. EGAL reserves the right to change and/or amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
22. This benefit does not apply to internal employees of UnionPay International (Hong Kong) Limited.

1. The promotion period is from 1 Jan to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").

3. Customer is entitled to enjoy the Offer - booking a single ride of Airport Limousine Service to / from Hong Kong International Airport or designated overseas airports (the "Service") provided by Airport Limousine Services Ltd. (the "Service Provider") at a special rate of as low as HKD250 upon accumulating every HKD3,000 or above in respect of the Eligible Transaction with the Eligible Credit Card.
4. Eligible Transaction includes the accumulated spending of HKD3,000 or above on any air ticket(s), travel package(s), tour package(s), overseas hotel accommodation purchased or booked through any travel agency/travel website paid with the same Eligible Credit Card within 90 days before the booking date of the airport limousine service. Please refer to the online booking form for the requirements of the eligible transaction proof and samples.
5. Eligible Transaction cannot be used repeatedly for enjoying the Offer.
6. Customers are required to make Eligible Transaction within 90 days before the booking date of the Service, in order to enjoy each ride of the airport limousine service provided (the "Offer") by Service Provider in Promotion Period.
7. Eligible Transaction does not include the deducted amount from the use of discount offers and / or +Fun Dollars / Merchant Dollars, any unposted purchase by Interest-free Instalment Plan at any merchant, cash advance, handling fee for cash advance, annual fee / service fee, finance charges, late charges, tax bill payment, Credit Card online bill payments (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.), Cash Instalment Plan, Spending Instalment Plan, Tax Instalment Plan, Balance Transfer Plan, Octopus Automatic Add Value Service transactions (including via e-wallet/other method to top up Smart Octopus), purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products / services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to, foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers), balance transfers, purchases of casino chips, and transactions which are unposted / unauthorized / cancelled / refunded / found to be fraudulent. 8. Customer must use an Eligible Credit Card to make all the relevant payments in order to enjoy the Offer.
9. Reservation(s) must be made to the Service Provider by completing online booking form at least 3 working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance. The booking date must fall into the Promotion Period. Each Customer can book the Hong Kong and overseas airport limousine service by using the Offer at a maximum of 1 times in a single calendar month and a maximum of 1 times during the Promotion Period. The Offer is subject to limited availability.
10. The promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Service Provider. For the terms and condition of Service Provider, please refer to the booking form of the Service Provider for details.
11. Customers understand and accept that Hang Seng is not the direct supplier of the airport limousine service. Hang Seng shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the services, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of good and / or services provided by the limousine services providers, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Offer or in making available the service.
12. Customers agree that any personal information collected by the Service Provider, and it maybe be provided, held, used or disclosed by the Service Provider to third parties for the purpose of providing the Service.
13. Hang Seng and Service Provider reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Offer at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and Service Provider shall be final.
14. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
