Terms and Conditions of “Enjoy an Exclusive 25% Off Dining Offer with Fubon Visa Infinite Card”:
1. Exclusive dinning offer of 25% off at 1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge is only applicable to the Cardholders (including principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders) of Fubon Visa Infinite Card.
2. Promotion period is from 1st May, 2024 to 31st December, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The following blackout dates - 24th , 25th & 31st December 2024, will be excluded.
3. Offers can be used multiple times, but not in conjunction with other promotions or offer provided by 1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge, unless otherwise specified.
4. The offer cannot not be used in any events or banquets.
5. Payment for the offer must be settled by Fubon Visa Infinite Card. 10% service charge will be needed and calculated based on the original price before discount.
6. Cardholders have to inform the restaurant prior the date of visit that the 25% off discount will be used.
7. In case of any dispute relating to the discount offer, including but not limited to cancellation, amendment etc., customer should check with merchant directly.
8. Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) is not the service provider of the Merchant Offer and the Offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the services or information provided by the service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant service provider.
9. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall by governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
10. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
11. In the event of any conflict between English and Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
